Your hotel. Or locate a convenient shipping station. Some convention centers have on-site or nearby FedEx or UPS that can receive and hold packages.

Thank you

SyrianDictator

This is the answer. It's free. Check with your hotel. I used to ship tons of stuff to hotels for sales reps.

USPS do go post lockers. Check out UPS and DHL in case they do it too.

LadderTraditional528

Thank you, will check it out!

Is it a large convention? I’d check the show website and see if they have a logistics company that will take deliveries in advance. Set up and breakdown of a show is pretty organized they will take delivery in advance so they can get the convention floor set up in an orderly fashion. If you are only talking about a fedex parcel sized shipment maybe not, but if you have a crate or pallet, they want the freight there in advance.

Yes it’s a large convention, I can use the convention but the service is too expensive.

If you are an exhibitor, many convention centers have union contracts that prohibit exhibitors from walking their items in. Make sure you get that sorted out.
