This file also exists on Mac in the system Library folder: `/Library/Application Support/Logitech/LogiOptionsPlus/app_permissions.json` The `aipromptbuilder` key did not exist, but once I added it and restarted, the AI Prompt Builder did not restart. 🙌

I got into the same file but nothing about AI, so I just deleted the whole logi\_ai\_prompt\_builder folder in C:\\ProgramData\\Logishrd\\LogiOptionsPlus and then restarted it worked lol

Why is it that Logitech reps can comment on multiple posts here, yet when anyone brings up this AI it's crickets? Oh yeah, because it's shady.

Awesome. Thanks.

What even is this? What does building AI prompts have to do with a mouse? Edit: Oh my god, I just saw what it is... [Logi AI Prompt Builder: Build Prompts Faster and Easier (logitech.com)](https://www.logitech.com/en-us/software/logi-ai-prompt-builder.html)

Thanks. I love that analytics is set true when it's disabled on the application UI, lol nice.

Yup, so is better to disable it in the .json file too.

jasonwch

how is it?

LuxorAB

Thanks. Do we know anything about other config options in this file?

jasonwch

Worth to try Update, i think is the check for update option SSO, i think is the Logi ID login ....etc

pirsab

Thanks for this

Read about business users here having issues with it. Understandably, I don't even know why a consumer wants it. I suppose it's just the 2024 trend of shoving AI into everything, despite it making no sense at all. Oh and, good luck disabling the service on a system you don't have admin rights on, so basically every business system.

jaykayenn

I just uninstalled everything Logi on my PC and made sure to never buy anything Logitech again. Solved.

Dgamax

What is that ?
