It's normal for alts to die against bitcoin during a bear market for 3 years. What's not normal is devs leave and then who's left basically work on a totally new project and expect bag holders to keep holding while they on load new baggies in the new coin.

I put $1200 in to Loopring and swapped it at $500. I swapped it for kendu inu and I’m up to 1k. At some point you have to cut your losses.
