Depends on what kind of games you want to play. That system should do fine on many titles. Only thing I'd recommend is getting at least a 6 core 9th gen Intel. The I5-9500 is great and goes for about $60 on eBay.
For the price, it's not bad. I've used the same combo before, it played every game I wanted. Although I would suggest you find an i5-8400 or 9400f at least since 4 cores are on its last leg right now (more so for the i3 since it doesn't have hyper threading)
