It seems like this is impacting more players since the latest update, our team are currently investigating the cause.
It seems to be rather sporadic and once the timer restarts chips can (but don't always) reappear. It's likely there will be a hotfix very soon to look to fix this for all users, and as soon as I have more information I will let you all know!

Yep, can confirm, never seen this before but having now installed the new update on iOS it’s happened to my event store
Client Version: 1.12.1.22173
Asset Version: 1.12.1.22173

This issue was occurring for some players but should be squashed with an update that went out a few hours ago. If you encountered it (or definitely if you still are!) please submit a support ticket.
Hi u/GeekFurious u/KITTvsKARR, can either of you share the game version number(s) listed on your settings screen, or confirm this is still happening for you?
Happens around half-hour or so for me once the chips refresh. I'll see them for a bit. But when I go back, within about 30 minutes (maybe it's 40), the problem reappears.

FYI, it seems that when the chips' cycle is through, the new chips become available for a bit. But within about half-hour (maybe a bit longer), the options disappear again until it recycles to another batch. Rinse and repeat.
It happened this morning, and then I saw the note in here about the update, so I went and updated the app. Chip store was working after that, then randomly went blank again. It didn't happen at the 2 hour reset, just in the middle of a cycle. Then it randomly came back later, again not at a 2 hour reset. So it seems intermittent but not dependent on the software update, nor the timer.

Do you have the latest update from the store (if it's available yet)? It should be version 1.12.2!
Apparently not. Google didn't tell me there was one, but I was able to get it. Store seems to have reset to zero on load and IS now showing items.
Just submitted a ticket. This is the second time the message showed up with 1.5 hours until the reset
Just happy it isn't just me.
I haven't submitted a ticket, but it's been happening to me as well. Never seen it before until this run of Verugament.

iOS, just got the update and after the chips in the event cycled, got this message.

It does appear it has been fixed. I can see it in both the main and event past the 30-minute mark. Thanks!
It's not fixed yet.... I'm staring at an empty store right now.

Still happening. Tried closing and relaunching. Checked the play store for updates. Nothing there. Client v 1.12.1.22175 Asset v 1.12.1.22173

If this is in the main game, is it also impacting the event? Don’t want to start the event if I can’t buy chips there.
Still happening constantly with version 1.12.1.22175 and now newer version acailable
On android, just updated through google play and have this in the main game I haven't started the new event yet so I don't know if it is there too
