It's not malware. Lucky Patcher modifies the code of other apps. That is what it is designed to do. Malware does this too though, so antivirus software thinks that it is malware

I think they are false positives as lucky patcher is a tool for cracks and patching

What a smart move.... Put a patch.exe equivalent on virustotal and wondering why it is detected as malware

What they're talking about is, for example, if there is a file that does what lucky patcher does, AV's detect it as malware, luckypatcher modify application codes, which malware does too, however, luckypatcher is safe though, so no need to worry about it, only thing you should be wary of is where you downloaded the luckypatcher. not the file itself.
