Use any of these apps:
[**MonitorControl** ](https://github.com/MonitorControl/MonitorControl)
[**BetterDisplay** ](https://github.com/waydabber/BetterDisplay)
[**Lunar**](https://lunar.fyi)
My preference is for MonitorControl but all three are viable.
Thanks, unfortunately none of the methods work, that is MonitorControl does not affect the volume only animates the OSD, BetterDisplay the volume works but only the first 4 bars and the rest does not change anything, besides it is a paid application. The third one I have not checked because it is only paid.
I just connect the monitor with audio cable ;)
The first disadvantage is typed in the notepad, i.e. TextEdit.
Philips 328B, but it shouldn't matter, because it's the HDMI connection and Windows, the console, or the camera that provides the volume change all the time.

OK, it doesn't matter anymore. Apple has blocked this option...

Which monitor model are you using?

I think Lunar has a free tier as well, but obviously they have will try to advertise and push people onto their paid tier.
