NYX butter gloss line has a black color. I think that black gloss over a burgundy lipstick will get the depth of color you want.
The NYX butter gloss markets them as non sticky but it’s sticky enough to be used in mousetraps though
Black sugar lip oil by blend bunny is amazing if you’re okay with an oil/gel formula! It does have a sweet, kind of sugary smell to it but it’s not as intense as NYX. I was a huge butter gloss and matte lip cream fan and I remember how pungent they are 😅
I'm not sure about their gloss, I saw a video of someone mixing a clear gloss with the sunset cosmetics gloss for a more sheer finish. Might be an option for OP.
Milk Makeup also has a black/purple gloss (Voyage - Blackberry of the Odyssey Hydrating Non-Sticky Lip Oil Gloss)
Lime Crime also has a Black Cherry gloss which is a little more sheer.
IDK if you are sensitive to essential oils, not everyone can do this, but I put 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil in liquid lipsticks and gloss to overpower scents I hate. But it can make the product a bit tingly. But it might let you use NYX if you are not sensitive.

Oooooo… that might be a good replacement for the discontinued ABH Dusty Mauve lipstick that I love. Not exactly the same and a gloss instead of a matte lipstick but the color is gorgeous and a similar vibe. So sad ABH discontinued all the less conventional colors of their lipsticks. They were so great.

They do have a few different products that have a similar color/vibe. This one is a multi-use product (I usually use that product as a blush in other shades) so they might have something closer to what you might like, though I didn’t see this shade in their lipsticks specifically
I haven’t used each color to compare that directly, but the rituel de fille does have a ginger ingredient that if you aren’t expecting it, could be off putting. I did their lab release test for the product and gave them that feedback. I think they now list it in the description so they do listen to feedback given. I do really enjoy that part of the product now, though, almost crave it. The formulas themselves are both very pleasant. Smooth instead of sticky. Not goopy either. I use the untinted RdF as an overnight lip treatment. They aren’t big on preservatives so Chanel would likely hold up longer, but I haven’t had either product go off so that’s speculation.

I have this and the pigmentation and staying power are not there, even less than the typical lip oil. The effect is also not even close to the Chanel photo. RDF does have good marketing and packaging but you’ll be disappointed by higher expectations based on their pics. Their images have to be heavily doctored because they don’t match reality.
Their products are beautiful. OP, if you’re sensitive to things, buy their sample sizes. The samples are a good amount of product for the price.
I say that because their stuff is gorgeous but I’m really sensitive to everything. I can’t wear their eye shadow or highlighter because it gives me an allergic reaction 😭
NYX Transylvania. It’s a soft matte so not necessarily a shiny finish, more like a stain which I actually prefer. It layers to a really deep color that’s almost black. You can top it with a clear gloss if you want some shine.
My thought was well, but it's not quite as opaque as these photos. Though black glosses are almost never as opaque as they are in promo photos because editing! Their cream color in Eclipse might work too, though it's not as glossy.
If you're in a region where you're able to get Chinese makeup products, I recommend GirlCult's lip tints. They have one called Firefly that is this dark base with green iricidescence and another that's just the dark gray purple base.
make your own with a clear gloss and eyeshadow pigments - it works super well if you spend 10 minutes mixing lol but especially if you have a pigment that you know complements your skin tone
Rituelle de Fille has a new lip oil line. I tried the dark brown red and quite like it. They also have a black and a violet kind of shade. The photos make those ones look very pigmented.
CHANEL is so unique and classy with her colors. I've tried hard to find some of my old finished favorites. A lipstick, The L.E nail polish Malice. No luck... I hope you are lucky, keep us updated. This gloss is gorgeous!
Have you tried Ebay? I occasionally find make up for sale on there that hasn't been made in ages. It's probably past its "expiration date" but that doesn't usually matter to me. I've found discontinued scents from bath and body works too that I thought I'd never see again. They're expensive compared to buying it when it's available, but it was worth it to me
Fishland is a way to keep you fishing - for nothing if you dont spend much money on temu. If you plan on buying stuff anyway, it might be beneficial. i only learned of fishland after i spent a bunch of money on art supplies. If i had before then, some of those supplies would be free. So, if you are shopping for something, it wouldn't hurt to play that fishland game for a few weeks ahead of time. Maybe befire shopping for seasonal clothes, back to school stuff or just shopping because you have a little extra money pay attention to reviews and learn how to know the difference between a real review or a fake one.
Leave a good review about YOUR purchase to help others. Pay attention to description details because they do try to slip some stuff by - i don't know if its in error or on purpose - but pay attention! And do a thorough search on what you are looking for - you can always find it for less or fibd a better or newer model! Be specific and remember that the review is not for complaint resolution or delivery problems! It is there to help others avoid spending money on crap! Show photos of perceived problems and remember that details are important. Get their customer service department involved if you are dissatisfied because they really do help you beyond expectation - just be nice! Plus, that would fit Isamaya's philosophy of Packaging; she does the Lux, extreme glam Packaging as, "Le objet d'art," if you will. So you have something to display (or use) when you're done with the product, instead of tossing it into a Landfill. Which, I think, is a pretty cool concept.

It's going to sound crazy but try temu. It's legitimate and cheap, and the products are comparable to anything at sephora or macy's. You will have to search a bit and read the reviews (it's like amazon). and it takes about a week to get a package. Dont listen to the naysayers about thectemu app or sught being spyware. It does only what amazon and ebatmy does and they aren't spyware. I bought a lot of stuff from them. Some of the products might be smaller than expected, but it is all so inexpensive. If there are no good reviews on a product, dont buy it. Look at the one-star reviews and the longer 5 star reviews for the best product info. I think most of the cosmetics are the real thing but re-branded or repackaged. Itself all stuff that is contempory and relavent. Go small at first to see if you like it. There’s an indie brand called Sushi Glow Cosmetics that makes a black lip tint and black opaque lipgloss; they are having a restock at the beginning of February I think. I haven’t used it personally but the swatches look really good and other people seem to like them!

Some of the skincare doesn’t quite work for me, but the makeup hasn’t let me down at all. Highlighters and blushes especially. Just gorgeous finishes.

Eyeshadow. Most shadows are also lip safe and you can get decent black shadow for dirt cheap.
