the way I'd go about it is to type that area + banjir/flood and see if any search result pops up. our local news media have archived most of their old content online so usually this method is reliable.
I'm not sure if there's any official records on the history of flood, if there is, it may not be easy to know where to look unfortunately. You may try getting in touch with the city council and ask if they have any data for you?
News and media would be a good, more accessible if not more effort required source, searching old news would give you an idea of where the flood prone areas are.
Edit: other governmental bodies you may try to reach out, most likely to have such data, e.g. DID, NADMA.

I'm a bit of a vacuum cleaner and fluid mechanics nerd, so bear with me.
In a vacuum cleaner, a very important feature of the vacuum cleaner is the ability to pick up dust. Usually that means a strong wind blowing across the floor to send the dust into the dust container or filter.
So it's actually air flow that's doing the cleaning. More specifically, it's making the air flow with a very high shear or very thin boundary layer that can pick up fine dust.
To ceate the airflow, a vacuum in needed to pull the air.
Unfortunately, measuring the vacuum is not helpful as it is not very related to the cleaning and filtration ability of the machine.
If you block the intake of the pipe and then measure the pressure, some models can create a very strong vacuum. But this is looking purely the dead head pressure of the pump/fan, and is very unrelated to the normal operation on the vacuum cleaner.
So yeah, using vacuum pressure (or similar demo of sucking up a bowling ball etc) is completely useless.
Like a car can go from 0 to 100 in 9 seconds. Yes, anyone can measure it, but it has no bearing on my normal use of the car when sending 3 kids to school.
Feel it operate with the suction head on the floor. Feel if it dumps out a lot of air via the exhaust. If there lots of air, good chance it's moving a lot of air.
Inspect the suction head shape, it should have a decent gap (a few mm) from floor to the head where air flow rush through this slit. This is where the air picks up dust from the floor. If it's just an upside down box with a hose, it's going to simply clamp down on the floor but not move any air or dust.
And try using it. Feel with your bare feet using a smooth tile before and after vacuuming.

I agree with you that staying healthy physically is something everyone should do for themselves because ultimately you reap all the benefits.
However, not everyone is the same as you and I. I've been able to personally lose and kept the weight off, but I had a rocky start. My friends are now motivated to begin building healthy habits, but that doesn't mean they can immediately jump in and emulate the same habits I have formed over a long period of time.
Therefore, any way I can help them kick start, I'll be more than willing to. If an app is something they are interested to try first, why not help them find one.

I have conflicting thoughts on this. It's good to have public access to legal proceedings, especially on those that is in the interest of the public. Then everything is done openly etc. On the other hand, making it public means the public becomes the judge. Especially in naunces where the law is very specific, its hard to make a convincing case to the general public. A good PR guy can do way more harm in this aspect.

I'll be very frank, I'm not actually looking for an app for myself but for a couple of friends who are looking to start a healthier lifestyle. I agree with you that staying healthy physically is something everyone should do for themselves because ultimately you reap all the benefits. However, not everyone is the same as you and I. I've been able to personally lose and kept the weight off, but I had a rocky start. My friends are now motivated to begin building healthy habits, but that doesn't mean they can immediately jump in and emulate the same habits I have formed over a long period of time. Therefore, any way I can help them kick start, I'll be more than willing to. If an app is something they are interested to try first, why not help them find one.
Apps are really just a gimmick. If you really want to keep them in check, whatsapp is enough. Get a group to do a daily/weekly check in is all you need. Having apps complicates matters. I dont even use things like MyFitnessPal in the first place.
I like the Fitbit App, but like it's kinda designed around having a Fitbit. Though I am pretty sure you can technically use it without a Fitbit and just manually input stuff.

Its increasingly rare for people to have own website and stuff, got places buy domain, but redirects to their FB page instead. FB also tends to be updated more often and latest thing the first view is the best.
We are retail, and for pricier stuff as well so selling them on FB purely feels cheap, so it doesn't work for our brand impression.
Meanwhile i trust businesses by far that have their own website and FB is just a promo page. FB is gonna sunset in our lifetime, i dont understand or trust businesses than run solely on FB.
