At 14, you are going to spend way too much energy worrying about what's normal. That's normal, too. Everybody goes through new, weird shit at 14, and every single person you know your age is asking the same question or similar "is it normal ***not*** to have any body hair at 14??" If you can, I recommend spending that time on practicing a "no fucks given" approach to what nature throws at you. Acting and feeling confident instead. There are way more friends, girls, fun to be had when you succeed at projecting confidence vs confirming normality.

You can get a trimmer. Don’t go crazy with making it too short/shaving because guys are expected to have some hair, but you can definitely make it a bit less without denuding it completely. Don’t get Manscaping brand as their trimmers have a horrible reputation. I would get clippers meant for your head for your arms/legs/chest and try out some of the different depths that clip on to them to see what looks natural but tones it all down for you to a comfortable level. Maybe a four or a three. Do your legs, start with a four, and with the plan to wear pants for a week if you go to short. When you find a comfortable length, you can try elsewhere. Beard trimmer for more intimate areas as you want it to be a bit more narrow for maneuverability.

Hey man I was you once. Started growing a lot facial, leg, and body hair much earlier than my peers. I was very self conscious about it and would shave my chest/stomach. You can go that route if you want, but you will definitely get razor burn, which is fine. Once you get out of high school body hair starts becoming more of an attractive quality. So if you want just trim/wax/shave for now, go for but eventually the body hair will play to your favor.

I had like double this amount by 14, when I was 12/13 I started to get tons of chest and tummy hair I freaked out, it was like my body was betraying me. I grew up with a single mom and without any male role models or peers so I had no one to ask if it was Normal not to mention this was mid 90s so no internet in my house yet. Eventually some time in my 20s after seeing countless men over the years who were even harrier then I was I realized it’s normal. It’s due to my Italian heritage that I’m blessed with lots of hair.

I had this when I was that young. I had hairy arms, legs, bush, and crack before a few friends. My chest and back don’t have much hair and I have a great head of hair too. Now I appreciate it later on in life.

I don’t like body hair either. If it really bothers you, get a trimmer with a short guard and go to town. I trim everything down. Talking full body. It isn’t quite as drastic as a full shave, like a swimmer or a baby seal or something, but it makes things a lot more…streamlined and manageable. I like it a lot more.
