Fundamentals of feng shui might help here. Having the door open towards the side of the bed is not idea, and having a mirror facing you as you sleep also is generally not great. I'm wondering if the wardrobes could move? If not, I'd recommend getting a nice rug for that empty area in front of the door, and either a large potted plant or a table with a lamp to break up the area in between the door and the bed. A comfy chair would also work.
Rug, nightstands, a few plants and something like bookshelf on that blank wall by the door

I cant really move it , its pretty big and t here's np space anywhere else. Ill try the other suggestions tho
