Kaguya-sama: Love is War. It's basically about how tsundere boy and tsundere girl are trying to make each other confess. It does deal with some heavier stuff (like psychological issues, etc.), but it doesn't have things like cheating, love triangles and so on.
Ore Monogatari/My Love Story. This one is just nice story about a manly guy falling for a girly girl. They end up together in the first few issues/episodes and the rest is them being cute together.
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is HILARIOUS ... but it's best appreciated when you're familiar with shoujo manga tropes. The manga does such a good job in subverting the character tropes in a natural and funny way.
Online manga service like K Manga (Kodansha) and Mangaplus (Shueisha) are run by the publishers, and they usually have at least the first few chapters of their manga available for free.
One series you can find on K Manga is "All My Neighbors Are Convinced the Female Knight from My Rice Field is My Wife". If I was going to buy physical manga, this would be my pick. The story is pretty laid back, but the art is amazing. Especially the landscapes.
Ao Haru Ride sounds perfect for you! English translation is blue spring ride. Super wholesome and gives you the smiles and all the feels. Slow burn romance, but the story is unique and the characters are well written!
I'll recommend the classics and some recent "this male MC will give you unrealistic expectations about men" type romance manga.
Fruits Basket

also shounen is a demographic not a genre like Café Terrace is a shounen
If you like Dress-Up Darling you might like “More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers”. The was one season of the anime but the manga is so much better.
All of these are manga rec:
The Girl Downstairs (99% happy then the ending sucks) - this is a korean webtoon and theres a kdrama based on it called Doona.
Ichigo 100%, Love Hina - these two are old but popular at the time.
Quintessential Quintuplets is fairly recent and finished.
Yancha Gal no Anjou-san still ongoing and main couple have been a couple for a while.
There's also Horimiya but once the main couple gets together in that one focus shifts and gets kinda boring.
As far as animes go I remember Toradora being pretty good.
I don't really watch normal TV Series or Movies but another Anime I really loved was "The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses" & "The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Really Really Really Really Love you". If that helps you helping me :)
As a warning, that series beginning, in kind words, is mediocre.
After the initial boredom you can start to appreciate the story. It has the right mix of comedy, romance and a banger ending arc.
Smoking behind the supermarket with you.
Nagatoro if you can get past the bullying in the first few chapters, it gets really cute and wholesome after that and there's actual albeit slow progress. It just ended like a month ago at 154 chapters.
My Crush's Crush.
More than a couple, less than lovers.
Quintessential Quintuplets
>Nagatoro if you can get past the bullying in the first few chapters, it gets really cute and wholesome after that and there's actual albeit slow progress. It just ended like a month ago at 154 chapters.
Actually, Tomorrow is the Penultimate "Nagatoro Monday," as Chapter 153 is released, and the series Finale is tentatively scheduled for either July 15 or the 22, we haven't heard if Nanashi-Sensei is taking an extra week for the final chapter yet, but we'll know tomorrow

Thanks a lot, this one sounds very good! <3
Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun was such an amazing anime and I've heard high praise for the manga as well!!

*whispers* "who's gonna tell him about the "Haniel Arc" in Dress-Up Darling??"
Boku no Kokoro no Yabai yatsu - if you wanna get diabetes from all the vanila, this is your pick. This will be similar to Dress up darling
