This is what I do with my own Smash family. I only collect colors where the text markings are in black – so that it matches the front end, clip and button, all in black. There are exceptions but this gives me a lot of satisfaction.
I also like this red/grey/black/grey combination..

I think I'd like the red body with black grip and eraser cap, because of the clip. And if you put the red rubber in the black grip. Or vice versa.
