May I suggest you immediately go and watch that pinnacle of Australian filmmaking, Mad Max: Fury Road? Well, if you want to be a real Aussie you should watch them all. But the War Boys are from the last two:)
the best is the 2nd in the original Mel Gibson series (Road Warrior) - it's so bizarrely masculine and unbelievably camp. And just huge fun on top of the style of it all.
Couple of options. Either they used to have a HSV and that was the plate and they just kept it and transferred it etc, or the engine in that thing is originally from a Holden, plus they transferred a plate.
Trikes are something I just don’t get.
It’s taking a motorcycle and throwing away the best bit (being able to cut turns with a high power to weight) and keeping the worst (being stuck out in the elements).
Or like taking a car , giving it crap handing and removing the cabin.
The feeling of the wind in your hair, etc. It’s recapturing the feeling for older or disabled riders, as they don’t have to keep the bike upright. A pretty relaxing and pleasant way to tour the country
It’s a couch on wheels. He set up a man cave in his garage and his wife gave him shit about the fact he was always watching sport and would never leave if he had a choice. To piss her off he turned his bike into a giant arm chair so he literally never needs to leave the garage.
I dunno, but it needs a lancer’s perch on the back and a War Boy driving it.
I’m not Australian enough to understand this yet but you’ve earned my upvote, sir/ma’am/whatever you identify as

I have watched them all haha! Even the OG one with Mel Gibson. I guess I should rewatch it then and pay closer attention 😅

Wasn’t the last one a complete and utter flop? I didn’t mind fury road but I feel like the originals are better even though they are much much older
The pinnacle of Aussie movies? I think you mean The Castle
can't stand the castle and "Australiana" in general.
The Pinacle of mad max is definitely road warrior
Looks like a custom built trike with a holden engine
from the rego its a 1.8 L *F18D engine* from a holden cruze.
It also has 1.8 on the rear fenders. I bet a tiny thing like that rips with a 1.8L motor
Year 2021 Make CAM TRIKES RVCS APPROVAL 46330 Body type TRICAR They are usually based on VW bugs. Not sure what's going on here.
some dude being rad having a great time
Being as cold as it was this morning, I hope he had more layers on than an onion
Probably has heated grips or seat
And heated vest.

I think that might be the Batmobile
Mad max vibes
Exactly what I thought. I saw a pretty ritzed out TransAm the other day which looked like it came straight out of that universe

They're popular with people with injuries that preclude riding a normal bike

Well obviously it’s his HSV
It's looks like a hot wheels car
It's Australia preparing for Mad Max to come true!
Is that the blue motortricycle I used to see out Bundoora way years ago?
Not an HSV
Obviously his HSV 3 🙄
That's on wellington road yeah? South bound?
At the intersection of Nantilla rd
A really expensive coffee machine.
With a throne. And on wheels.
HSV 3
Is anyone else getting Girl from Tomorrow vibes?
Batman
Ur looking at a flog

A boomer with more money than sense?
Damn man how could you see this and your first reaction is to talk shit on him? I don't even like cars but that thing looks fun.
Each to their own lol
I think you mean ‘to each their own’ lol
Nope. I mean what I said.
