True though we don’t choose for Lotus, we just suggest that she pick one of the personalities to act as a speaker for the rest, and she picks one. We as the player choose, but in-universe it’s not a choice the drifter/operator makes. Same as Sirius vs Orion in Jade Shadows, for a less ambiguous example.

Stalker was, until recently holding a grudge against Tenno or slaying the orokin; Now he has a self hating grudge that he directs at us. While he might try to kill Ballas, I wouldn't be surprised if Stalker has the same "Servant" inability to harm Orokin, Like umbra, like Teshin.
And finally, Ordis: He would talk all the smack but that's unfortunately it, ballas is likely very aware of the harmless Jester he turned Ordin into.
Now, if on some off chance Ordis found a way to make a deal with Granum to restore his body back and finally return to Ordin Karris... I'm of the opinion he'd be able to take out both Stalker and Umbra and stab Ballas a few times(that said he WAS captured, so maybe he's not as dangerious as the Moniker "beast of bones" would imply.)
