I believe that making likes private for every š user is a bad and short-sighted decision. Why shouldn't I have the option of seeing who liked what? Up until now, I came across a lot of interesting content just by looking at someone else's likes. Now I can't.
Even if an individual doesn't want anyone else to see their likes, why not just give them that option (this was only available to š Premium subscribers), instead of forcing **everyone** to have their likes hidden?
Overall, while this change might be helpful in combating attacks due to people liking something controversial, it severely hinders the transparency of accounts and diminishes a useful feature of this social media platform.
