Couldn't tell you about mentally, that's really all up to you and your ability/willingness to learn and grow. Physically is about 50/50 genetics and the lifestyle you try to live. Either way where there's a will there's a way. Eat right, work hard, work smart, and take your time to recover and you can build an incredible body. When it comes to your height though that really is gonna come down to genetics mostly. Some people (mostly males) can grow till they're 20-22 years old.

Your pretty lucky though being only two years. I look at least 5 years younger than what I am. Oldest I've heard I look is 15... I'm 22. I swear people think my ID is faked, like last week my boyfriend and I went to a tavern together. The bouncer took one glance at his face and ID and let him in, meanwhile for me he was thinking for a good 20 seconds and taking more glances at my face.
