Even if I give you the benefit of the doubt and believe you, my point still stands: countries should solve actual issues, rather than make up new definitions of racism.
Racism is a form of tribalism, which has been with us for our entire history. Be it race, age, sex, what you wear, people will divide themselves into tribes over the silliest things.
The only way things like that could be fixed 100% is if humanity became an entirely homogenous species, or part of some hivemind. Becoming more knowledgeable about the various cultures of the world can help lessen tribalism to a degree, but it can never completely eradicate it.
I don't think I would publicly make that joke if I was making posts for a company, but I love word play with names like that. I don't really understand why it's considered racist. Although back when Australia had the white Australia policy for immigration, the slogan used for that was 'two Wong's don't make a white'. I can see how that one could be considered racist.
