Mid century modern is a specific style, being built in the 60s doesn't make something MCM. They've clearly been struggling to sell it, understandably. Seems overpriced and there won't be much overlap between people who want a cabin and people who want a downtown property.
It’s not mid century modern. It’s middle of the century log cabin.
It's pretty and has some MCM furniture, but I would agree that the architecture does not seem MCM.
The only part MCM is the living room. The better question is why would someone want a “cabin” 10 feet from a neighbor?
The whole interior is mid century, the house was built in the 60's before there were neighbors.
Midcentury is not the same as midcentury modern. It’s not modern. It’s lovely, but it’s not modern.
