Try using lighter weight maybe on the flys, and make sure seat height is set correctly so your actually isolating your chest.As for chest press I assume you also mean with a machine, if so just stick to using a barbell and dumbbells.

You should ask your doctor and maybe grt it checked out tbh.. Dont want to lift if injured Im guessing you load up too much weight on chest exercises and then do janky form and your shoulders are needing to overcompensate which isnt great for them.

Felt the same way and just cooled of on the exercises. Don’t know if it actually helps since I’m still healing

If it hurts to do something then stop doing it, especially if other exercises involving the same muscle don't hurt.
