You could buy one in the US (by order) and it would come with all the lights, horn etc but it was not street legal. There are other examples. I'm not sure the Honda RC45 was street legal either because so few were made, it didn't make sense to federalize it.

The RC 45 is street legal. You always going to get an obscure motorcycle here or there but 99.9 % of the time is what I'm referring to.
