L.A. Story comes to mind.
Larry David essentially plays himself, except with even more Woody Allen feel, in Woody Allen's Whatever Works. You should also check out Clear History.
I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With (2006) directed by and starring Jeff Garlin. Free on Hoopla, Tubi and Kanopy
Edit: oh, didn’t notice it can’t have relationships as a plot
Office Space, if Larry was an introvert and passive-aggressive (and wholly justified in his disdain for corporate policies and social codes)
Dirty Work (1998), oh and everything Norm MacDonald did, not in terms of pedantry but ridiculing and rebelling against social…’norms’
Anything John Cleese did, he’s the British Larry, or the other way round. Not a film but Fawlty Towers tv show was the height of neurotic pedantic control-freakery. Plenty of Monty Python sketches too.
Again not film but Ron Swanson in Parks And Recreation embodies the pedantic anti-social-convention / anti-authoritarianism of Larry too
The Foot Fist Way.
Danny McBride has the same type of cringe and has some srupid humor to top it off. Not quite as clever as Curb, but it’s probably the closest I can think of (besides Mcbrides show Eastbound and Down)
Afterhours? its just a horny lil man tryna have his booty call and the whole night goes wrong. I think a few of these might fall under the comedy of errors category
Adaptation
Best in Show has a bit of CYE feel to me.

I really liked this movie and it has an absolutely stacked cast
Dream Scenario. I kept expecting to hear the curb theme song in my mind numerous times.
Shiva Baby has a similar vibe.

I may be totally off base but "Flirting with Disaster" has a bit of the comedy of errors feel. Title says so explicitly. All star cast too.
Several Albert Brooks films meet your needs, these in particular: **Real Life, Modern Romance, Mother**, and **Lost in America**,

Clerks 1 and 2. dante and randal carry that larry and richard rapport. lots of complaining and humorous observations
How is Sour Grapes not on here? Its essentially one giant Curb episode without any of main players from curb. Down to the all music.
The Squid and the Whale, sorta but not 100%
Anything by Whit Stillman
Diner by Barry Levinson
Larry David the 🐐
Falling Down is the violent version of Curb.
The Heartbreak Kid
