If movie woke and audiences not woke = audience don't see movie so lower inflation
But if movie woke and audience woke = audience see movie so higher inflation
Wokennes has once again ruin the economy. It's ratio
He already put out a "I told you so" video yesterday about the Batgirl getting cancelled, pretending like he's some sort of a prophet for predicting that the movie was gonna be a mess. lmao, everyone knew the movie was gonna be a train-wreck. But it had nothing to do with the lead being a black woman.
Probably something like “women aren’t hunters!” “native Americans,” probably not the words he’d use, “are too primitive to fight predators!” I bet $5 he says both.
"So Prey was... not great. Definitely not as bad as the trailer suggests, but overlong and slow, predictable, with cheesy dialogue, heavy-handed pandering to female empowerment, not great acting and weird attempts to reference the other movies. Better than The Predator, at least."
That's his quick review of the movie I guess.
This is the kind of review a toddler gives mashed potatoes after throwing an hour long tantrum about eating it and realizing three bites in that they actually like it
Dialogue I can understand but the rest is just him hating a female character, native American actors, and trying to be canon which he considers as a weird reference. At least he accepts it's kinda better.
Yeah, I just realized after a second time that cheesy dialogue is on brand for the Predator films but seeing how they use this as a way to critique this film despite this existed in the original Predator film is so laughable.
The CGI on the other hand has issues.
He claims to call out "bad writing", "unimaginative plot" and "political movies".... which he does actually, as long as they clash with HIS OWN political opinion. If he agrees with what a movie tries to say, then it is the best movie ever even if it is as bad as the movies he dislikes. Also he calls himself a critic but his knowledge is limited to blockbusters - e.g. he thinks "oldboy" is a japanese movie.
i literally saw a comment saying this movie was bad because it ruined the lore and that a woman was easily able to kill the predator like tf? just come out and say you don’t like seeing woman as main characters already
Nah, Disney wants to test if Hulu can be the home of big Fox theatrical experiences since most films of theirs they’ve released have bombed.
Minus Avatar, of course
Now instead of white neck beards preaching how this is woke sjw garbage they’ll change up and praise the film for “finally having a well written female protagonist” like Alita Battle Angel
>Why was Alita Battle Angel praised for that by such people
They did to spite Captan Marvel and when they failed they came up with an excuse that "Disney bought tickets for Captain Marvel"
>Disney bought tickets for Captain Marvel.
Don't they realize that would be lying to their investors and be liable to criminal charges? How dumb are they?
This dumb bullshit will always fascinate me. Propping up some mediocre shit in a desperate attempt to reinforce their hate for something else.
DC fans have revised Man of Steel as a masterpiece over time to reconcile their resentment of Marvel movies mopping the floor with them.
Star Wars fans did it to the Sequel Trilogy by revising Rogue One as the greatest Star Wars film and a "harrowing war epic"
Hell, in 2020, gamers did it to The Last of Us II by hailing Ghost of Tsushima as an instant classic masterpiece and the *real* GOTY, when in reality it was just a solid action/adventure game with plenty of problems.
Whenever someone claims the Prequels had good writing I immediately respond with [this clip.](https://youtu.be/KHCyDxxXog4) It's a reflex at this point.
I like Ghost of Tsushima better mainly because I’ve been waiting for a Assassin Creed like game in Feudal Japan for a minute but TLOU2 was still an amazing game
The newer games aren't assassin creed games in the traditional sense. They added so much filler and an rpg leveling system that its a bore to level through ( for me ) so thats why GoT was my GOTY that year. Unless that year was when ff7:remake came out. Then ff7 was because I'm a massive weeb.
Don't worry. Like I said, it's solid. It doesn't suddenly get bad or anything, the problem is those TLOU2 haters propped it up from solid to impeccable out of spite
Oh ok I see. I haven't played TLOU2 yet, but I agree that everyone is getting mad at it for no reason.
All I know is that GoT is one of the most visually stunning games I've ever played
"Based" is a deesphobic term. This is the first warning, please absent from using it or face a ban.
*I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/moviescirclejerk) if you have any questions or concerns.*
Yes it definitely was especially since Captain Marvel came out around the same time so basement dwellers were saying shit like “Captain Marvel is woke and Alita is how you write a female hero”
It’s especially weird given that Battle Angel is just as much of a “girl power” story as Captain Marvel is, along with being anti-capitalism, and they also made a lot of the cast latinx including Alita and relocated the story to Latin America.
I’m starting to think that anti-woke keyboard warriors might just be completely full of shit.
The drinker said that squid game genuinely wasn’t anti capitalist, the director literally stated it was an explicitly anti capitalist piece of work. I pointed this out in the comment section and was met with ‘if they hate capitalism they can always go to North Korea’, I pointed out anti capitalism doesn’t mean you support North Korea and I was met with no response.
The people who watch this content have no clue what they are on about and are the only ones ‘forcing’ an agenda because of their appeal to young males who want to be ‘free thinkers’.
10 Cloverfield Lane benefited from having a protagonist who was fun to watch, because she was so clever at using what was available to macgyver her way out of a dangerous situation. It sounds like Prey has a similar strength from what I’ve heard.
I was shocked by just how good it was. The colonial-America setting was really well-done and then even though once the action starts it doesn’t stop, Naru is definitely the heart of the movie.
Yeah I expected garbage but it's actually good. Slow first act but picks up and there's some really creative and interesting action sequences which is rare. Best since the original.
Predators was enjoyable for me, as just a really vanilla sci-fi thriller. Didn’t try to be too smart.
And of course predator 1 and 2 were great. The franchise is not THAT bad.
He's just gonna pretend is all an agenda to pretend it's good. Then say it is poorly written with forced feminist agenda, while simultaneously missing (or ignoring) the entire point of the movie.
He already made a tweet saying it’s not the worst but that it’s still woke. Imagine if he enjoyed the movie but has to cater to his audience so he made up some bullshit.
So if the movie scores high with audiences, the critical drinkers of the world will still be praised for being so daring with their criticism, but if it's poor, they're still praised for saying the line go woke!!!!
First good predator movie since the original… and it’s a fucking Hulu exclusive. At least Dan Thrachtenberg might finally get the recognition he deserves.
I heard someone that saw the SDCC screening say it’s just a shame they won’t be screening this in theaters for everyone because it’s that kind of an experience. Putting that shit on as soon as I get home tonight.
I agree. Original is prob still my fave since I grew up with it, but this is definitely the best since then. Exactly the new vision that they needed for a predator film.
I don't know what else has he done, but regarding 10 Cloverfield Lane and his Black Mirror episode, they were just mid
I'm not sure he deserved any recognition before this movie
It's the definition of mid:
\>Score, framing, acting, all of them correct but also not really that good to be outstanding
\>The setting is well written and paced but kind of aimless and with a mess of an ending
\>Well constructed but never nears anything groundbreaking or even a bit imaginative
Please tell me what you see in this movie, I'm being serious I wish to appreciate it like you if I'm missing anything
Honestly, I thought the performances WERE outstanding. Right when it looks like John Goodman might turn it around and not be a piece of shit he >!blasts that guy in the head!< I for one found it very believable
The ending being a mess I almost agree with you, just cause the Cloverfield thing was pretty tacked on. But I would argue that its disconnection works to its favor. The movie essentially "ends" when >!she escapes the bunker!< and you can ignore the rest if you want
Its themes are simple, yes. But so effective. The innate fear/tension being locked in this bunker with a fucking psycho doesn't need anything else to be scary. The simplicity gives it the edge
I see the case you're making, just in case I'll add it to my rewatch list because I didn't see it that recently to reconsider all your points out of memory, but I want to have them on mind
Also seeing the number of people I've caused to angrily respond at me I think I might have been using the word "mid" incorrectly
For me it never meant anything near bad and just meant that the movie might be great but not very remarkable, you know, middling,
But maybe it doesn't come from that word, internet slang gets complicated when you're over thirty
Lol. Nah, you used mid in the right context. Some people just get really angry about things they like
I don't think its a perfect movie either, but it did a lot with a little and I (and so do a lot of people apparently) respect it a lot for that
Easily the best since the original and the action scenes are surprisingly creative and well done but the original still tops it.
It just had that lightning in a bottle of a production team all at the top of their game. Great writer, cinematographer, director, actors, practical fx, music all came together to make something truly iconic that you can't replicate.
Why would anyone think this film is bad it's about a chick with bow and arrows fighting a space alien. That's badass. That's so much cooler than military dude fighting space alien. I want to watch it so badly.
The action is definitely better and the predator's design is fucking great but it doesn't really subvert and satirise the current action genre like the original did, though I guess it's harder to satirise "morally grey guy gets slowly worn down while fighting through waves of bad guys working for an evil organisation before finally killing the guy at the top" than "invincible 'roided out guy uses both massive guns and both of his massive guns to absolutely pulverise waves of America's enemies who are all foreign and evil"
For any number of reasons?
>a chick with bow and arrows fighting a space alien
does not automatically make for a good movie lol, it's just an action synopsis
WRONG. A movie can ONLY be judged by its synopsis. Cinematography and editing are words made up by Martin Scorsese to SLANDER the MCU!
Godfather: Guy joins the Mafia, Italians talk (boring!)
2001: Guy goes to space and fights robot (okay!)
Shark Tale: Funny fish pretend to be gangsters (awesome!)
Or how about
Promising Young Woman: Guys try to mess with woman and regret it (Interesting).
Salo: Italian kids go on a field trip and regret it (Horrifying).
In the Realm of the Senses: Guy has nice sex and regrets it (so kawaii).
Shaun of the Dead: What no beer and no pussy does to a guy. Also Zombies.
Kundun: Boy becomes a god and Sussy China man doesn't like it.
Barry: Acting is hard (so is killing people).
Jessica Jones: Wonder Woman gets r\*\*ed and tries to find justice.
My personal favorite:
Mission: Impossible- Ghost Protocol: Tom Cruises escapes a Russian prison (and its really fun).
> A movie can ONLY be judged by its synopsis. Cinematography and editing are words made up by Martin Scorsese to SLANDER the MCU!
Replace ''the MCU'' with ''George Lucas'' and you have prequel fans basically
If you look on IMDb there’s lots of reviews for 7-10 stars and then just a spike of one star reviews. I’m pretty sure if IMDB allowed zero stars that would be the high one
Or maybe it’s get getting positive bot reviews? I mean, a corporation would NEVER buy bots to manipulate rotten tomatoes to get people to go see a movie. Absolutely not
Enjoyable classic 90 minute predator movie with a strong lead. Really loved it except for that horrible CGI lion, lol. also thought the social commentary was cleverly put into the movie.
Well if the scores are less than 500 people, then it's either being modded or only "verified" allowed
I think Rotten Tomatoes changed their company after Star Wars.
We have to go to Metacritic or IMDB for real scores
Okay. You woke moralists and your message signalin. Lol this is such a bad post.
Sites like JeemsReview and Rotten Tomato’s are compromise. This is a covert secret operation by the USSR during Cold War 1980 called Operation Pegasus. Is the reason we have so many commies in our government. So they are infecting the audience, who are paid off by large wealth taxes and the woke movie review monopoly to give feminist propaganda like Prey a good score. Only a idiot like you would not realize that and pedal the communist messages onto Reddit
Such as this stupid post.
I will defy cancel culture and use free speech to save America. So yes, the audience has “gone woke”. I’ve been knowing this for years and nobody believed me. But I always knew.
I have thirteen warrants out for my arrest. Communists. Stalking my ex wife is my free speech and the Woke mob wants to suppress my American god given weights.
Quench your chicken talk, wokearazi. Your attempts at gaslighting virtual signaling are laughable. Go back to your tumbler and eat kale greens with your burrito, hair cut.
video games are for children

I've never seen a single Predator movie before. Since it's a prequel and I've heard it's not really connected to the other movies, would it be okay to start with this one?
I get that, but with these sorts of reviews I have to imagine any test screenings leading up to that decision had to have been positive. With the title change and different point in time it seems removed enough from the last one for it to have worked. Just bummed I can’t see this in a loud theater honestly.
Wait, sexist grifters who want an excuse to rant about the same shit over and over again DON'T represent popular opinion?! My whole life is a lie!!!!11
God I wish this is in cinema. The IMAX or Dolby Atmos or even 4dx would be insane. It would totally dethrone Top Gun Maverick. But no. All we get is bullet train, nope, worst Thor and Jurassic Park ever made smh
Oh shit is this movie actually good? My expectations for a Predator reboot were uhhh... not great. Was kinda expecting something like every other reboot for an old IP, something very meh. Shit I gotta watch this now.
I don’t understand these Critical Drinker types. Like, is the female gender just inherently woke in their eyes? I really don’t get what they’re upset about.
I suppose a lot of it is down to outrage getting a lot of views. So when you decide to make videos on YouTube instead of getting a real job, catering to anti-sjws, racists and sexists is a good way to provide a steady income. Because unfortunately there will always be an audience for that.
It feeds into that cycle. People getting into film criticism will stumble across these videos and some will be brainwashed into thinking this is genuine criticism and that the big bad woke is ruining movies. They’ll fall down that pipeline. Maybe they’ll start making their own videos. And it just repeats.
This movie is actually so mid idk what everyone is raving about. It’s not bad but CGI sucks and is overused considering how bad some of it is. I just wasn’t feelin it setting was cool and I liked the actress who played the mc she did really good.
That's good for inflation right?! Audiences go woke, go broke, inflation go away cause no money right?!
Wokes saving the economy instead of the culture warriors. story as old as time
If movie woke and audiences not woke = audience don't see movie so lower inflation But if movie woke and audience woke = audience see movie so higher inflation Wokennes has once again ruin the economy. It's ratio
Script economy is thriving
Critical Drinker in shambles…but yeah fuck that dude
He's doing damage control on Twitter. Even some of his fans are calling him out.
Him as well as others are extra quiet about this movie today.
Give it time and they will say Batgirl got cancelled because it was woke.
What did he say about the movie
Probably something like “women aren’t hunters!” “native Americans,” probably not the words he’d use, “are too primitive to fight predators!” I bet $5 he says both.
I can really See Him saying that
“Women literally can’t use a bow and arrow because of their ovaries” - critical drinker probably
"So Prey was... not great. Definitely not as bad as the trailer suggests, but overlong and slow, predictable, with cheesy dialogue, heavy-handed pandering to female empowerment, not great acting and weird attempts to reference the other movies. Better than The Predator, at least." That's his quick review of the movie I guess.
This is the kind of review a toddler gives mashed potatoes after throwing an hour long tantrum about eating it and realizing three bites in that they actually like it
That is a perfect summary
Dialogue I can understand but the rest is just him hating a female character, native American actors, and trying to be canon which he considers as a weird reference. At least he accepts it's kinda better.
Jesus Christ, it’s a Predator movie! What kind of dialogues should we expect? Charlie Kaufman’s?
Yeah, I just realized after a second time that cheesy dialogue is on brand for the Predator films but seeing how they use this as a way to critique this film despite this existed in the original Predator film is so laughable. The CGI on the other hand has issues.
I mean, remember the “Stick around” Schwarzenegger says after impaling a guy on a wall with a machete in the first movie?
"Ain't got no time to bleed"
True, but after Governor Ventura says that Shane Black gives him a weird look. Other characters even thought the dialogue was over the top!!
A line like that fits a future US state governor.
STOP SHAVING, you dont have a beard! ... sorry, thats from the musical iirc...
And he says “knock-knock” after kicking a door down.
“Overlong and slow” my brother in Christ it’s barely 90 minutes long
The copium in this review lmao
Great damage control lol
I mean he did the same with Shang-Chi. Not exactky something new to him.
i havent seen his videos. why is he disliked around here
He’s really sexist and racist
He larps as a movie critic when he's really just another dumbass anti-sjw youtuber.
What was his take on it? Fart noises?
i literally saw a comment saying this movie was bad because it ruined the lore and that a woman was easily able to kill the predator like tf? just come out and say you don’t like seeing woman as main characters already
Wait the film is a hulu exclusive? I thought it would be relased in theaters
Nah, Disney wants to test if Hulu can be the home of big Fox theatrical experiences since most films of theirs they’ve released have bombed. Minus Avatar, of course
Oh alright, thanks for the clarification.
And I hope it does well. Because the movie’s freaking awesome.
Apparently there was a deal from before the sake where all 20th century films would go to HBO max if released theatrically
Now instead of white neck beards preaching how this is woke sjw garbage they’ll change up and praise the film for “finally having a well written female protagonist” like Alita Battle Angel
How does that happen though. Why was Alita Battle Angel praised for that by such people, edit: I get it, Captain Marvel
>Why was Alita Battle Angel praised for that by such people They did to spite Captan Marvel and when they failed they came up with an excuse that "Disney bought tickets for Captain Marvel"
>Disney bought tickets for Captain Marvel. Don't they realize that would be lying to their investors and be liable to criminal charges? How dumb are they?
The investors are in on it too??? And the SEC, BBB, FTC, BRB, FAA, and AAA??? Am I the only one not in on it?????
This dumb bullshit will always fascinate me. Propping up some mediocre shit in a desperate attempt to reinforce their hate for something else. DC fans have revised Man of Steel as a masterpiece over time to reconcile their resentment of Marvel movies mopping the floor with them. Star Wars fans gaslit themselves into thinking the prequel trilogy is the pinnacle of the franchise just because they hate the sequel trilogy so much.
r/prequelmemes and its consequences
Whenever someone claims the Prequels had good writing I immediately respond with [this clip.](https://youtu.be/KHCyDxxXog4) It's a reflex at this point.
Prequel fanboys will call this scene a masterpiece cause it relates to the darth jar jar theory or some other shit lmao
Ex-squuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuueze me!
Peeyousa
Nothings makes me seeth more than the prequels being praised as masterpieces
IDK I liked Revenge of The Sith. IDK how you could defend the other two movies though.
I really like ghost of tsushima but mother of god i am so sick of people Using that game to shit on tlou2 like Can both Be there own thing
I like Ghost of Tsushima better mainly because I’ve been waiting for a Assassin Creed like game in Feudal Japan for a minute but TLOU2 was still an amazing game

i hate the last of us 2 slander, i loved ghost of tsushima but had way more fun with the last of us 2 tbh. both were amazing though
I can See some people why they don’t like tlou2 But mother of god if I see Someone ghost of tsushima I am going to Full Medievil on these ass
As someone who is currently playing Ghost of Tsushima and loving it, reading this made me worried about what the rest of the game is like
Don't worry.
Oh yeah visually, it WAS the best game that year imo. It won Best Art Direction at the Game Awards
Plus she's a big tiddy anime gf who falls in love with the totally unremarkable mediocre white boy.
Just to spite Captain Marvel pretty much. Alita is also based on a manga and as we all know Japan is apolitical and western comics are woke.

It's about a hot cyborg lady who falls in love with the first mediocre guy she's ever met.
Omg literally me

A new Ellen Ripley has been born
they could do that or they'll double down and say the critics have been paid off
I have a feeling it’s going to happen
I’m still surprised that a Predator related movie is apparently really good
I really liked 10 Cloverfield Lane, so I’m not surprised Trachtenberg did a good job with the new Predator.
Well, he also did direct the "Playtest" episode from Black Mirror and The Boys pilot "The Name of the Game".
Damn, he did these too? Had no idea, thanks!
[And this amazing Portal short film.](https://youtu.be/4drucg1A6Xk)
It's so good.

The fight sequence at the camp was crazy good
Predator 2 slander. You can’t tell me that Danny Glover vs. a pro-wrestler in a rubber suit is bad.
I definitely have a love for that filthy, grimy movie. It's underrated.
It's solid and I enjoyed it - I didn't have that high expectations but as far as the feel of a Predator movie it definitely works.
Predators was enjoyable for me, as just a really vanilla sci-fi thriller. Didn’t try to be too smart. And of course predator 1 and 2 were great. The franchise is not THAT bad.
Predator, Predator 2, and Predators are all good films. Stop pretending that a film "not trying to be smart" makes it less worthwhile.
Critical Drinker seething right now.
He's punching air and screaming "they can't keep getting away with this" he's literally shitting and crying right now
I'll tell you something that's not so funny: right now Critical Drinker is at home crying like a little girl!
Lol at that tweet, and after talking shit about the film ruining the series before it was even released. This guy is a clown.
He'll pretend it never happened.
Critical Drinker literally shitting rn
wait fuck its hulu only?
and disney+
depends on the country. in USA its Hulu only
thank god i am not an american
lucky you
Ok
So if the movie scores high with audiences, the critical drinkers of the world will still be praised for being so daring with their criticism, but if it's poor, they're still praised for saying the line go woke!!!!
But I was told by the critical grifter it was going to suck like his miserable life.
Just saw the movie Best film on the franchise imo
Watching the bear get his clock cleaned by the predator was awesome
The ending with the maks felt off, but I loved her journey. It was a great. And under two hours. Can you imagine.
People were so much focusing on the bear in the trailer than what was going on in the film.
Just finished about 20 minutes ago. Totally agree it’s just as good if not better than the original.
Shit really!? Fuck this is huge, I've loved predator for years its about damn time we get a movie doing the franchise justice
Yeah, the wide shots of the landscape are amazing. Really well done. I can imagine it would be nice in the theater.

> 10 Cloverfield Lane > mid Get your brain checked
Daddy chill
10 Cloverfield Lane, playtest, the boys, mid? Alright, is JJ Abram’s holding you at gunpoint or something?
It starts out kind of slow but once the shit hits the fan it just keeps ramping up. Definitely the second best in the series.
Ah fuck it, I was hoping to watch with friends next week but I know what I'm doing tonight.
Easily the best since the original and the action scenes are surprisingly creative and well done but the original still tops it. This single handedly has convinced me to go watch it. Shit I’m pretty excited
Overreacting. It’s pretty good, but not near as good as Predator.
Do I need to watch the originals to understand this?
Nope, just a few references, but it's fine If you want you can just watch the first movie and then Prey
Yeah, *Predator* is great precisely because Arnie is the stereotypical 'roided up action hero and then turns the tropes on their heads
Tbh I've never seen any predator movie
You answered your own question. That is a badass thing. A generic soldier guy would have been boring as hell to watch.
Because Certain anti sjw channels Think that this movie is so woke it’s going to destroy the predator Franchise like what?
"There is ACTION and ALIENS and BOWS!!! Best movie ever made!!!!"
Just like transformers...
For any number of reasons? >a chick with bow and arrows fighting a space alien does not automatically make for a good movie lol, it's just an action synopsis
WRONG. A movie can ONLY be judged by its synopsis. Cinematography and editing are words made up by Martin Scorsese to SLANDER the MCU! Godfather: Guy joins the Mafia, Italians talk (boring!) 2001: Guy goes to space and fights robot (okay!) Shark Tale: Funny fish pretend to be gangsters (awesome!)
How the fuck did I not realise you were joking, I blame just waking up
I was halfway joking. It's a sick ass concept that could make an awesome movie, but obviously execution is more important.
Or how about Promising Young Woman: Guys try to mess with woman and regret it (Interesting). My personal favorite: Mission: Impossible- Ghost Protocol: Tom Cruises escapes a Russian prison (and its really fun).
Preferred Revenge over promising young woman. All for the blood and violence and extra points for subtitles so I can delude myself that I'm edumacated
> A movie can ONLY be judged by its synopsis. Cinematography and editing are words made up by Martin Scorsese to SLANDER the MCU! Replace ''the MCU'' with ''George Lucas'' and you have prequel fans basically
It was 85% earlier today. It's being review bombed.
Definitely unexpected. I would've never imagined this scenario!
If you look on IMDb there’s lots of reviews for 7-10 stars and then just a spike of one star reviews. I’m pretty sure if IMDB allowed zero stars that would be the high one
INCELS PUT OUT THE HIT.
Still in the 80s on Rotten Tomatoes
wow unemployed nerds wiping their shit on the walls because their meemaws won't wipe their asses??
Or maybe it’s get getting positive bot reviews? I mean, a corporation would NEVER buy bots to manipulate rotten tomatoes to get people to go see a movie. Absolutely not
“To go see a movie”. It’s literally not even in theaters my guy
Bahahaha! Wait, you're serious. Allow me to laugh even harder!
Enjoyable classic 90 minute predator movie with a strong lead. Really loved it except for that horrible CGI lion, lol. also thought the social commentary was cleverly put into the movie.
Yeah, the themes of the movie just mesh really well, especially >!in the speech she gives as the Predator kills the cruel French Trapper!<.
its either 100% on RT for being woke or go woke go broke, no inbetween
They can't say "Go Broke" this time around since this film has no box office numbers.
When the "woke movie" has a high audience score they just say RT is manipulating the score or the studio is paying bots to keep it high :P
Well if the scores are less than 500 people, then it's either being modded or only "verified" allowed I think Rotten Tomatoes changed their company after Star Wars. We have to go to Metacritic or IMDB for real scores
IMDB rated Matt Walshes shitty documentary over some Kubrick movies. I trust IMDB even less.
I swear, that place once wasn’t polluted by right wing reactionaries. The fuck happened?
Only a idiot like you would not realize that and pedal the communist messages onto Reddit Such as this stupid post.
Jesse, what the fuck are you talking about?
Triggered! Yeah
Are you a human being or a metal Gear rising character?
Quench your chicken talk, wokearazi. Your attempts at gaslighting virtual signaling are laughable. Go back to your tumbler and eat kale greens with your burrito, hair cut.

I've never seen a single Predator movie before. Since it's a prequel and I've heard it's not really connected to the other movies, would it be okay to start with this one?
Yes. Tbh none of the predator movies are really connected to each other. For example the second one takes place in L.A. with none of the original cast
Yup. It's a prequel in that it happened before the original film but there isn't a connection to the other films outside of that.
I’d recommend watching it and then watching 1 and 2 right after
The ending when the predator takes off his mask and it’s revealed to be Jordan Peterson was a bit much tho
Finished the movie This shit is honestly one if the best one's I've seen recently. Best Predator movie since the first one
I just don't understand why this wasn't released in theaters, seems like a perfect summer action flick.
Because The previous predator movie Didn’t do so well in the box office so they put in Hulu To do it
I get that, but with these sorts of reviews I have to imagine any test screenings leading up to that decision had to have been positive.
The script economy is booming 😎
“Have you seen the new Predator?” “I’m not into politics.”
Ugh, why was this a streaming exclusive? I don't have hulu
I mean, it's hard to watch a movie when you're asleep, isn't it?
"it will go broke any second now.... Any second now... See? Broke! No wait that's a good audience score..."
So, we still got problem Big problem. Alright, who's ready to go find the critical drinker?
The predator was done well. Definitely the best rendition since the original. The story.. the characters… not so much.
This movie is actually so mid idk what everyone is raving about. It’s not bad but CGI sucks and is overused considering how bad some of it is. I just wasn’t feelin it setting was cool and I liked the actress who played the mc she did really good.
lol can't wait to watch them seethe over this, seems very popular

Prey was good 😁👍
This movie was cool besides the fact that there was not one single good performance in this movie besides the dog and the guy in the Predator suit
