Legion is what Marvel fans advertise WandaVision as. A genuinely good psychedelic trip that thoughtfully explores mental illness and what it means to be a good person. It bangs.
WandaVision *and* Moon Knight. My own circlejerk is that Legion is superhero arthouse, or as close as we'll ever get and I adore the show. No lie the multiverse episode fucking wrecks me, like I'm weepy at the ending. That's how you do multiverse shit, it and Spider-Verse.
Watched it last night. Talk about doing something different with an old franchise.
"What if we took this 1980's action film Schwarzenegger franchise that's been milked dry for 35 years, and put really good actors in it. Then added a human element where the interactions and the plot weaves into the conflict of a space alien hunting them.
Then let's put it 300 years ago and show a 1700's North America through fantastic cinematography that reminds you of The Revenant. Also, let's pay respect to North American natives and their daily lives and culture by having them speak their native language while we add authentic details from their tribe.
Oh and then let's use references from the previous movie to both subvert your expectations and play with tension, but also just drop cool quotes and throwbacks."
Why yes this is the movie I've waited 25 years for, why do you ask?
> that's been milked dry for 35 years
There have been some 5 movies since the first one. That's not even close to milked dry when compared to other horror franchises.
The actress gave a pretty good performance in Legion
Great show.
Easily the best live-action Marvel show and it's a massive shame we'll never get anything of that quality again.

Also Aubrey Plaza has that dance scene which Wandavision did not have
That episode with the bolero sequence... cheff kiss.
Worth watching? I’m looking for some series to watch
Better than Daredevil? And where is Legion? in Disney+?
Yes by like a bajillion kilometres. And I love Daredevil! Legion is on D+ at least where I am. It was a Marvel Television/FX project if that helps.
Holy shit in my country is in Netflix and not in fucking Star+, thanks god
Oh that's wild. Still awesome. I hope you enjoy it if you decide to check it out!
The Multiverse Episode, and all of season 3 was perfection.
you're lying if you don't simp for ripley
She may be a meme around here, but Ripley is still an awesome character
> not simping for Neve Campbell's Sidney Prescott You take that back right now.
I turned into the goddamn Tex Avery wolf when I first saw her in Scream.
I did that when I saw her in that Skyscraper movie with The Rock. (Seriously, did anyone see that movie?)
As Neve Campbell’s strongest soldier, I agree.
Agreed, there is no justice in a world that won't pay Neve properly for Scream 6
I want her to tomahawk me
Get in line, I was there first.
Bone Tomahawk (2015)
Kid named Tomahawk:
Wrong. I simp for all of them.
To anyone reading this: go watch Prey, it's awesome.
Hey man could I get your Hulu login
It's on Disney+ too
I don't think that applies to the US
Sure, his Disney+ login will do just fine then
I don't have a Disney+ account, I am an adult.
I got free 4 months due to a promotion in my country, would never pay for it

The cinematography doesn't even come close to The Revenant, Prey is a fine movie but let's not exaggerate
I think two sides can do the similar things on very different levels.
Ah I see what you're saying

Two AvP movies, but I'm talking the entire franchise not just movies.
Two AvP plus 3 predator ones.
Oh, you're not counting this one. Feel free to acknowledge the videogames. I said franchise. Not movies.
Damn, I only know Ripley from that collage.
Laurie Strode is still the goat idc
who is it in the second and last panels?
Not sure about the second but the last I guess is from Texas Chainsaw Massacre(1974)

The second one is Jenny from Friday the 13th Part 2
