Last year I applied by the priority deadline and got in 2/7. I have friends who got in earlier though - it seems random. I got a scholarship as well and didn’t get that information until March.
Just checked for you. Easily found (and I'm sure there's more instances) someone last cycle who applied 11/20 and was accepted 2/28. Definitely don't worry!

Schools can send out acceptances basically until April since April 15th is the deposit deadline
