Please avoid, probably the worst butter chicken I've tried in Mumbai. try Goila butter chicken and let others also know what real butter chicken dish is, p.s. I'm a huge butter chicken fan
This will be underrated, but try Sheetal Bukhara, Khar. It will be a bit on the pricier side, but to this day i feel it is the best butter chicken I've ever had.
Yes the quality has been diminishing over the years, back in times when I used to work in midst of Goregaon- Malad i used to love Butter chicken at Vrindavan
Kinda pricey but Native Bombay has the best butter chicken since my Delhi friends claim only moderately spiced ones are authentic, other places in Bombay make it mild and bit of sweet.
You should try their entire menu, as I used to live in andheri west up until 2017 before moving to chembur, it was our go-to place. Like my mom, dad, and I would just go there at midnight to have food coz it was so good. The last time I was there in 2021, it was still just as good.
Thaats a great insight I have a house in andheri West as well near dn nagar will surely try from Yasin I saw the name many times on zomato but never ordered
I used to regularly order their hazari tikka or pahadi tikka / rumali roll... It is still good but price changed in last 3 years from 220 to 380 and size of tikka reduced. And its.not filling anymore. Price of roasted papad : 48.
Used to eat omelette for 60/- in 2018.. now it's 172.80 on Zomato.
It used to be 15-20% cheaper than High Point (also in lokhandwala) now it's 15-20% expensive than it.
Really? I've never had any issue so far, have always called seekh and butter chicken quite often and non-issue except for the seekh being a bit too cooked at times
My personal favorite for all North India food in Mumbai is Urban Tadka.
Theres a new place in Andheri called Dilliwala Bombay and I've tried many of their dishes (I'm North Indian) - its the closest I've come to home in Mumbai. EDIT: nvm they're pure veg. Shame.
1. Gaylord, Churchgate
2. Kake Da Hotel (Their Paneer butter masala gravy is also Grade A)
3. Butter Chicken Factory
4. Butter Chicken Khichdi at Goila - Outstanding
If you want to be surprised at a very odd suggestion, go to an old Kerela restaurant called Hotel Deluxe near Mocambo in Fort. Have their butter chicken with Malabar parantha. And then thank me for changing your world.
Has to be Goila’s. I tried bcf too but Goila’s butter chicken is just so good. I miss it a lot, and the first thing I do whenever I land in Mumbai is to order butter chicken from there. Yum yum
I know it's not Mumbai. But my cousins order from some restaurant called Regency in Dombivli when we go to their place for raksha bandhan and I rlly look forward to the Butter chicken from that place.
Yes they have several branches i have order chicken biryani from juhu bbc which was great but after my experience of having butter chicken at thane bbc thought bbc in only good for biryanis

Oh please don't. Yasin uses so much oil in its main course sabjis it floats. But it's chicken club sandwich is awesome.
Don't. I love very close to Yasins - the food is very oily.
Thanks for refreshing my memory on this one. Everything at Yasin's is so delicious. You can order stuff blindly.
