go to the nearest police station , they will help you track your bag with the help of the RTO. Try to recall the area you boarded and got dropped off, rhe cops may take help of CCTV and track the registration plate. Take help from the Australian embassy if it involves official papers etc.

I went to the cops after I lost my tripod in an auto, after checking cctv for the number plate, I went there multiple times and got my tripod back, gave chocolates to the auto driver and the cops and thanked them.

Only if the auto guy decides to return it to you and you are lucky enough to see his face again. Otherwise just forget it there are thousands of autos on the streets of Mumbai, calculate the probability yourself. I don't mean to discourage you you can try going to the place from where you took the auto and maybe inquire at the auto stands. If you have paid via upi or such then chances are more otherwise its is on your luck now Good luck bro

There are two easy ways to get it, but that truly depends on your luck and driver's honesty 1. The driver somehow finds it and contacts you to give you. 2. If you have paid via UPI, you can contact them and they can let you know they have it and they'll bring it to you. Otherwise , you can file a lost complaint to the police. That's the only way to have a chance of getting your stuff back Else, it's just gone. Sorry

Did you by any chance pay using UPI? You can try to reach out if so.
