Honestly, that’s debatable. Six, for all its pomp, is still a show revolving around a guy, and while I won’t get too up against Legally Blonde, it is a very White show.
It has everything to do with feminism. Historically speaking, mainstream feminism hasn’t been great about making sure the voices of Black women and other women of color are heard, to put it mildly. A lot of first wave feminists had flat out racist attitudes towards Black people, and even today, ensuring Black women get a fair say in feminist issues is a continuing problem. This has meant that Black women have not reaped the gains that have been made nearly as much as white women, in addition to the racism they go through as Black people continuing to fester.
We are well past the point where Black women (and other women of color, who get ignored even more) need to be a core part of feminism, not an afterthought at best.
That’s all completely fair, but I’m not sure that justifies implying that a show where the entire message is that women are awesome doesn’t count as feminist because it doesn’t have a lot of people of color in it.
Admittedly, I did say I wouldn’t get too up against Legally Blonde. It is a major show as far as feminist representation goes, and since Broadway is at a loss of shows that are both feminist and good, I don’t have any real beef with it.
That being said, it wouldn’t exactly be difficult to write in certain characters as Black to tie into and maybe even strengthen the message of the show. Just off the top of my head, Paulette and Vivian could be written as Black with no major changes, and especially in Vivian’s case, that could tie into her characterization. She could have a resentment towards Elle for what she sees as riding on her privilege, only to realize what the two of them have in common as the show progresses.
With just a little thought put into it, it’s not exactly difficult to make a show more diverse, even if that largely amounts to getting more different faces on stage. And given how mainstream feminism continues to ignore the issues faced by the most vulnerable and marginalized women, shows and other works that want to be progressive have a responsibility to address that.
More than a few. In addition to the one, “Shine Like the Sun” and “Change It” definitely qualify. I would throw “I Just Might” in that list as well.
I personally would throw all of the weed-induced patriarchy-smashing fantasy songs in there too, because even though they are fantasy songs rather than power songs, they are cathartic in how hilarious they are.
“One of the Boys” I go back and forth on. Yeah, it is Violet getting what she wanted, and it is very empowering for her, but less for everybody else.
The Schuyler Sisters is a song which professes the independence and importance of these three women and then one never appears ever again and the other two are only ever relevant in how they relate to and are both madly in love with the male lead.
Here's a bunch that I haven't seen in the comments yet:

Also anything from Well Behaved Women 💖 I do love “The Only Girl at the Table” or “Order In The Court”
“Useful” or “All the Ladies” from Operation Mincemeat 💼
Maybe “Let No Man Steal Your Thyme” from A Mother’s Song 🏴 slower vibes but still wonderful
If you’re interested in something very niche, look up the soundtrack to That Bloody Woman - it’s a musical about Kate Shephard, the face of the suffragette movement in New Zealand (the first country to give women the right to vote). The cast recording is of the Christchurch version so it’s not my favourite, but it’s the only recording available. The production I saw lent quite a bit harder into the punk vibes, which worked incredibly well. Still, the cast recording is rather good and might be what you’re looking for.
Unfair - Fiorello!
Rags - Rags
Shall I Tell You What I Think of You - The King & I
I'm Getting too Old for the Oldest Profession - The Life
My Body - The Life
Liaisons - A Little Night Music
I'm Still Here, Could I Leave You, The Story of Lucy and Jesse, Uptown, Downtown, Ah, But Underneath - all from Follies
Spanish Rose - Bye Bye Birdie
But Alive - Applause
On the Steps of the Palace, I Know Things Now, Moments in the Woods - Into the Woods
I’ve shrunk enough from Alice By Heart and Lettterbomb from American Idiot maybe? Neither are specifically about feminism, but they are the characters standing up for themselves, and I think they’d fit the vibe well enough.
Well, “I Enjoy Being A Girl” from Flower Drum Song might need some framing to reappropriate it as feminist. But it is a damn catchy song… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxGnM7_1yRI
Lots of songs from firebringer kinda fit the bill. The song that immediately springs to mind is “together” two badass girls working together ti save the day. “The coolest girl” from a very potter senior year. I know starkid have a good few that meet the criteria

A lot of the songs from Six and Legally Blonde would fit this
Definitely
Honestly, that’s debatable. Six, for all its pomp, is still a show revolving around a guy, and while I won’t get too up against Legally Blonde, it is a very White show.
What does it being “white” have anything to do with feminism

More than a few. In addition to the one, “Shine Like the Sun” and “Change It” definitely qualify. I would throw “I Just Might” in that list as well.
