I wish my rent would fall below $1800 for the first time since ever

craznazn247

Rent? Falling? ...only if there's an apocalyptic event significantly reducing the population enough that landlords need to compete for tenants.

Woodshadow

Idk where rent is falling. There are shortages everywhere. My market is 98% occupied. you are at the whim of property owners

[deleted]

In my city (around oakland) there are massive amount of boarded up empty houses that no one is allowed to live in because that would reduce rent in the area

StatusFortyFive

$1800? Hold my beer.

Joecus90

You can still afford beer?

SsurebreC

* Standard beer size is 355ml or 12oz * Typical size is 25ml for males, 20ml for females (studies were done). Let's average that to 22.5ml * One sip per month * The beer will last 16 months with the last sip being slightly smaller. They've been holding an empty beer bottle for the last 8 months.

YsoL8

Thanks professor

panzan

You guys are burying the lede: high rent prevents alcoholism

SaltyGoober

So does low pay, your employer isn’t exploiting you, they’re looking out for your health.

ChocolateTsar

The can must be worth something!

SsurebreC

Could be $0.05 - $0.10 depending on the state.

a2zKiller

This guy Maths.

indrada90

Who can afford a 22.5ml sip these days? Studies must have been before 2021, nowadays my sips are 2, 3ml tops. And only for special occasions.

Colonel_Cumpants

And then spit it back into the bottle.

Abrahamlinkenssphere

Some dickhead the other day was trying to justify to me how he was charging $4000 a month rent… to STUDENTS!!! “They love having lots of room mates” yea okay prick.

Fuck_You_Downvote

I bet that lease is a hot mess that nobody actually read and everyone will fight over the deposit.

beer_is_tasty

Lol deposit? For students? Landlord will find one scuff on the wall and keep the entire thing.

ACarefulTumbleweed

in virginia the landlord has 45 days to give a deposit back or give an itemized list in writing. So every time I moved I was able to afford to wait until day 46 then i'd call and email asking for my deposit back with links to the state law, the community association bylaws, and the city board that took those complaints, kind of a pain to have to wait but i could luckily afford it

MontanaCCL

Been there. Done that. The predatory slum lords preying on students are absolute human garbage.

Crazymoose86

And the students won't know that a landlord can't legally keep a deposit for ordinary wear and tear, such as painting and replacing carpets that aren't abnormally damaged.

[deleted]

After 15 years renting in our place, I'd expect nearly everything would fall under "wear and tear" at this point.

planetarial

I had a landlord in the past who bitched that he had to replace the floors because of the former tenant… because she rented the place for nearly 15 years and they were worn out.

laptopAccount2

Yes it does. Landlord should have done some work/updating.

FudgeDangerous2086

mine tried to keep mine for paint on one light switch cover. it was “beyond normal wear & tear”. guy was a complete clown.

seenorimagined

In my 20s I painted an entire apartment because the landlord said I wouldn't get my deposit back otherwise. (I had hung a lot of records decoratively from the ceiling.)

blackbeautybyseven

My Sil bought an apartment to rent, The guy met them to appraise how much they could get and go over who is responsible for what. He actually told them that He would collect one month rent up front plus another month as a deposit. He said he would hold on to the deposit for them but they would receive it in full once the tenants moved out. With a smirky shit eating grin he said. "We don't return deposits"

lookatmykwok

$4000 for what? A single or two bedroom? Yea absurd For a 4 bedroom? Could be reasonable depending on real estate costs in your area

danstansrevolution

i had some friends in santa cruz living out of those costco/home depot garden sheds in someones backyard for about 800 a month.

Better_Cranberry

Yep. A one bedroom in Santa Cruz is $3,000. Which is why I’m living with my parents…

[deleted]

When I was sixteen and working at Gamestop in the Capitola Mall, I was able to afford rent on a small studio on 1st Ave, a block and a half away from Seabright beach. Now in my 30's and couldn't afford that same studio, let alone a one bedroom. Shit is whack.

Better_Cranberry

It is so brutal. I love my hometown but I just moved back after spending a few years in the South. Was paying $1,200 for three bedrooms but couldn’t take the heat and political climate, plus the lack of nature in the area. Missed my family too. Hard to know if I made the right choice.

[deleted]

Did nearly the same thing but in Paso Robles. Had a three bedroom for 1350, now I'm paying nearly that for a room.

Abrahamlinkenssphere

Yes! I used to build those sheds for a few years and sooo many people were moving into them or building it like for grandpa so he didn’t have to move to the nursing home. We had a side job finishing them out sometimes and they turned out really nice! Spray foam and a nice AC and they were really cozy especially if you’re in families back yard or whatever. Went back to do a roof repair once and I swear the old man had improved his mental health just from not being at the nursing home. We even installed a second story on one!

biodgradablebuttplug

Have you tried living in a tent in the street? Or in a van down by the river? It's cheaper my lord.

Davran

Who knew that Chris Farley's skit about rolling doobies and living in a van down by the river would be so prophetic?

Journier

have you seen the price of vans? who can afford that. lol

chicknfly

The Sprinters and ProMasters are out of students’ range of affordability. But in this market, a passenger van or Ford Aerostar from the early 90’s *might* be under 10k now. Perfect time to buy!

DoubleUnderscore

Right, and then people come by and destroy your shit because "the homeless problem"

rczrider

> Or in a van down by the river? I keep thinking the first purpose-built EV van of decent size with decent capacity/range might see significant adoption by folks who realize a car payment is less than rent and electricity is relatively cheap. Run your heat in the winter and AC in the summer without the pollution and risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.

andsendunits

They will just make sleeping in a vehicle illegal.

da5id2701

Apparently they're making a new EV VW bus soon, which sounds kinda awesome.

eDave

I just got my renewal notice. It's +$200 (not including an increase in amenity charges like doorside trash pickup that I didn't ask for). Renters insurance went up as well. And that's if I sign within the next 30 days, giving no time to even find something cheaper. If there is such a place for me. I have no choice but to take it.

StarMan613

I believe Washington State just created some policies to fight this. I think anything over a hundred dollars in a rent increase requires at least a few months notice. Ridiculous how unprotected renters are in this country.

Chow5789

We need to do something with rent. Everyone is getting screwed except the owners of the real estate.

zuzg

That's nearly 4 times what I pay for rent and all additional costs 😳

Photon_butterfly

Where do you live? That's insane to me for a place to be that cheap

18bananas

Not the person you’re replying to but there are definitely places like Nebraska or Mississippi where you could find that kind of COL

droomph

I’ve lived in almost-rural Wisconsin for a couple years. If life ever gets me to a position where I need to go back or move to anywhere like it, I, of sound mind and body, give permission to the nearest neighbor with a gun to Lenny and the bunnies my ass. Just my personal opinion.

felldestroyed

Ironically, just last night my wife said the same thing about moving back to 30 minutes west of Green Bay because her parents are getting older. We'll fly and visit lots but never, ever ever will she move back. I kind of agree; I think I'd end up drinking myself to death on spotted cow and losing our 401k on dice games at the local supper club.

CrashB111

I grew up in Alabama and got my college degree precisely so I could get the fuck out of Alabama. I have zero desire to even move back to bumbfuckistan.

Nubras

Not just your opinion if it’s any consolation. I’d rather struggle to make ends meet here in Dallas than move to a rural area.

Lord_of_the_Canals

Grew up in a very rural area and now live in the bay. It’s funny that I almost make as much money as my parents do at my first professional job.. my parents are astounded by it, meanwhile I can barely afford rent here.. the thing is even if I wanted to move back there are no (appropriate) jobs for me where I grew up so there’s no point.

justlikeaphoto

I live in Lincoln Nebraska, I haven't seen any rentals where rent and all utilities would be $450...like ever. $900 will get you a shitty two bedroom in a giant complex and that will be only rent.

guesswho135

But 2 bedrooms = 2 people, so 450 for rent. I'm guessing that when they say they pay 400 for rent and utilities, that includes roommates

Lord_Snow77

Along I-25 in Colorado it's at $3.

reviewbarn

Yeah, it is awesome and horrible. When that little price war started i tnought it would last a week or two, instead it has been a month and a half. Was real nice before it hit the local news, now i avoid the exit hard.

NeevusChrist

I just got gas off the Firestone exit for $2.99 few days ago

bigmac22077

I live along hwy 40 in Utah, it’s 4.60 still.

ApotheounX

Utah prices are weird, they're like 3 weeks behind the rest of the country. I live on hwy 40 near the CO border, 4.60 out here too, except for 2 gas stations in Duchesne and Myton that are 4.32. Don't know what's up with that. Lol.

[deleted]

> they're like 3 weeks behind the rest of the country. Only on the way down.

Pat_Foleys_Dad

Lol there’s one station on I 15 near Nephi that was 4.27 and everywhere else along it is 4.70+. It’s weird.

Rowanbuds

Let me guess, that’s only on the downslope though? When prices uptick nationally, I’m sure the signs are updated expediently.

Edergy101

My uncle just drove from South Carolina, stopped in Utah to see me. He was telling me how he held out in Denver for the gas here in Utah… surprise!!

trumpet575

I live less than two miles from I-25 in Colorado and the closest gas station is $4.20.

FairyflyKisses

So you live near a Gas and Grass??

gopoohgo

This a combination of oil being down from it's peak on worries about the world economy, as well as demand destruction in the US due to $5 gas prices + Fed's tightening cycle. Gas inventories have been stable, as has production.

Herrenos

Yeah people want to blame governments or petroleum companies for wild fluctuations in oil prices when it's mostly financial speculators that drive prices.

Crizznik

Yeah, anyone who thinks Trump or Biden had a large role in gas prices in either direction just don't know anything about gas prices.

CivilRiceOnionRing

Where can one learn more about the industry of gas and oil? So much information is found through industry workers or folks who have gone to school for a field adjacent. I just want accurate unbiased info goddammit

mangeld3

https://youtu.be/kJOuyckvDGY https://youtu.be/QnBqAzJXVGo

Crizznik

Wikipedia is actually pretty good. Though I just Google shit and usually get good accounts of what's what.

Ventosx

*Or has a political agenda to push*

TheMacMini09

If petroleum companies are posting record profits, then they’re at least partly to blame for increased prices.

habanero_sauce

Not at one of the local stations. Fuckers still keeping price at $4.89 where others are at least 50c less . I really hope no one stops there.

ContractorConfusion

Have many similar around here. $4.79 this morning, while two miles away, it's $3.89

[deleted]

Same. Everywhere around me has been steady dropping a cent or two a day the past week or so. We're right around $3.80 at most of the gas stations. Except this one that is still at $4.29 for some reason. Its not even that far away from other stations. I'm just confused that they're charging 50 cents more per gallon?

bluntmasta

It's likely because they did a poor job estimating how much fuel they would sell at that price. The higher volume stations around started getting deliveries at a lower bulk price and adjusted the sale price to reflect the average cost of their bulk purchases. The station with the higher price isn't moving enough fuel to get new bulk deliveries at the lower price, so they're stuck with the choice of of lowering the price to match the others (and selling at a loss) or continuing to sell at 50¢/gal more than the competition until they run through the more expensive bulk delivery.

apex32

Makes sense, but when it came to price increase, I bet they raised prices immediately instead of continuing to sell off the delivery at the lower price.

bluntmasta

That's entirely possible, but I did remote support for fuel tank level monitors in a past career, and in my experience, there's a lot of independent stations that are penny-wise and pound-foolish. There's certainly plenty of greedy ones, but when I saw things like this, it was usually someone too shortsighted to realize that most people are going to drive the quarter mile down the road for the cheaper gas and they're going to be sitting on that expensive fuel as well as missing out on all the convenience store sales because "I PAID X CENTS/GAL MORE AND IM NOT GOING TO SELL IT FOR LESS!!!! MEH!" There's plenty of greed out there, but there's a lot more stupid.

SerpentDrago

How does someone getting into The gas station business not already know gas is not what makes any money? It's a cost leader. Money is in drink's And snack's!

GSXRbroinflipflops

Yep! Gouging is so obvious. I skip right on past until I find a good price - it’s not even hard because competition is so strong right now amongst these fuckers.

copperwatt

"Hark vile trader, I am The Invisible Hand!"

MyOfficeAlt

The other thing I've noticed is it's only regular gas that's coming down. Supreme is still at or near its peak.

mwagner1385

That sounds like the Mobile Station on Burbank and Colfax in Los Angeles.

ctjameson

I snapped [this](https://i.imgur.com/xYwGz4X.jpg) at the Olympic/Fairfax/S St Vicente intersection on Sunday last weekend. This one is always high but holy crap that’s egregious. I could find it at 5.80/gallon at other spots on Olympic.

katha757

We have a couple around here too. I always wondered why their price was $0.20+ the one on the other side of the highway until I noticed they are just up the one way street from the most popular car dealership in the city. They keep their price up because the porters from the car dealership will drive by to fill up the tanks and they won’t be arsed to drive literally around the block THEY HAVE TO DRIVE THROUGH ANYWAY to get gas a little cheaper. It’s all about business.

underliquor

It's not that the porters are lazy. They don't decide where a dealership has a fuel contract with. They're just going where the card works, simple as that.

t3hmau5

That's probably because they bought the gas near that price.

theburcam

Texas has been below $4 for a couple weeks now. It’s in the low $3 range by me at the moment. I’m glad Biden finally listened to all those stickers and has started fixing gas prices! …./s Edit: Haven’t been out of the house in a couple days so I didn’t know the exact price gas was now, decided to check and the 3 lowest stations near me are at $3.09 right now. Next lowest is $3.17 and $3.19.

TheRavenSayeth

Texas is usually going to have some of the cheapest gas in the country just because much of the state is heavy in the oil and gas industry. Whenever I go back the first thing I notice is prices are so much lower.

theburcam

At least we have that going for us at the moment!

[deleted]

Those stickers are going to look pretty dumb when gas is back to $3/gal

Excelius

People seem to have forgotten that the stupid stickers started *before* the Russian invasion destabilized global energy markets. [They were already all over the place in 2021.](https://heavy.com/news/i-did-that-biden-stickers-gas-stations-video-meaning/) They were mad at Biden when the national average was like $3.25 a gallon, because for some reason they thought that the cheap prices that came about when global demand crashed due to the pandemic lockdowns should be the normal and permanent state of affairs.

SmokeysDrunkAlt

It's cause and effect with a lot of lost causes. Could probably interpret that statement in different ways with it still being true.

easy_Money

Always have

XtraCrispy02

I'm waiting for the prices to get low so I can take a picture of the sticker next to the low price at the pump and then post it to a Republican subreddit

CrudelyAnimated

> and then post it to a Republican subreddit ... once. Worth it.

[deleted]

The amount of people who thinks biden has anything to do with it is astounding. But if you listen to fox news and wear maga-hat, then you are propably not from the brightest of genes anyway 🥴

theburcam

Don’t forget you have to make your “political opinions” your whole personality and have nothing else to talk about.

_game_over_man_

I always find it interesting that there are people out there who decide to base their entire personality around the things they hate. Doesn’t seem like a particularly healthy place to be in regards to mental health.

[deleted]

theburcam

You’re telling me you don’t want to sit and shit talk each others’ respective party for hours on end?! We can’t be friends.

Amiiboid

A huge number of Republicans have been trained to view literally every topic through a political lens for decades.

[deleted]

*insert big ass truck wich has 10 mpg efficiency with 20 Trump-flags and driver who complains about gas prices

[deleted]

“I wouldn’t mind the gays if they didn’t make it their whole personality”

kanst

Biden had very little to do with it going up, he has a similar role in it going down. It's not zero percent responsibility in either direction, but its way less than 25%. But that has never stopped a politician from claiming victory when it goes down or blaming the party in power when it goes up, and that won't stop now. Given prices are likely to fall further, just naturally as summer ends, I guarantee this will be talked about on the campaign trail, right or wrong.

dkirk526

Listen, fat! Lower the gas prices!

pepperlook

Cries in 8,50 per gallon.

daats_end

I think that , is what makes it more expensive, but on the flip side, using a . means you don't get universal healthcare.

Alec_NonServiam

Oh no, we pay for that in taxes, too. We just don't get the benefit lol

mtsai

too bad everything else will never come back down in price.

thephilistine_

Nor will they add the 4 ounces they removed when they shinkflated all my favorite dick shaped foods.

ZerexTheCool

They do it all the time. Expect to see new "Family sized" dick shaped foods with big yellow labels saying "Now with 30% more!" It's a yo-yo. They shrinkflate, then they come out with a new size that only puts it back where it was before it shrank.

madalienmonk

>dick shaped foods. Those are the best!

capnfoo

Finally Brandon flipped the "make gas cheaper" switch under his desk 🙄

bmck11

Don’t discount Dark Brandon working in mysterious ways.

nobodyspersonalchef

The time for [malarkey](https://i.redd.it/kmt0mohu2wg91.gif) is over

tahlyn

Somehow I missed the entire "let's go Brandon" thing... What is that even about? What is dark Brandon?

SantorumsGayMasseuse

I feel like I would need an entire Ted Talk to properly convey how it came to this, but Dark Brandon is a kind of mockery / inversion of the QAnon cult nonsense around Trump.

trippy_grapes

TLDR: People chanted "Fuck Joe Biden" at a racecar event and the announcer tried to cover it up by saying "Let's Go Brandon" about one of the drivers. Liberals are now making memes about Biden being a badass evil anime protagonist that's sick of all the GOPs "Malarkey" and calling him DarkBrandon.

[deleted]

I love how the right is latching onto an unfortunately shaped eagle in one of the dark brandon memes as Nazi symbolism while ignoring the fact that the right has been (maybe) accidentally dropping Nazi symbolism on everything since Trump became president.

IFoundTheCowLevel

maybe accidentally? hahaha, no.

ViceroyFizzlebottom

One side is doing the brandon thing because they think its a fun secret code to mock the president they hate with vitrol. The other side is doing it for the lulz/mockery of the whole brandon thing.

Tom38

Ya love to see it

dieinafirenazi

There are also people on the left who have always disliked the moderate Joe Biden and adopted calling him Brandon as a way to kind of mock Biden and also the people on the right who hate Joe Biden and think people on the left must be sooooooo offended by people making fun of Joe Biden.

GoodOldSlippinJimmy

Every time I see gas had gone down another 10¢ I just emphatically say, "wow thanks Biden!" If it was his fault when it went up it must be his doing that it's going down.

Genghis_Maybe

AKA the reverse trump. That fucker took credit for every point the stock market gained and blamed literally everyone and everything else when it fell. You don't get to have it both ways, conservatives.

[deleted]

HardlyDecent

He did this!

thrust-johnson

He must have, the only thing that controls gas prices is the current US President. If it wasn’t true they wouldn’t be allowed to say it on the internet.

DiscombobulatedWavy

It was crazy how much he made Gas prices jump in Europe. I also wonder if these GOP asshats are leaving the Biden stickers at gas pumps. In true twilight zone fashion, now THEYRE the ones saying to defund law enforcement (FBI). I’ll never understand.

buickgnx88

"Let's Go (Dark) Brandon!"

OTFJunkie92

Still above $5 in California.

CoconutSoup7

I just saw 4.99 in Torrance so maybe there’s hope!

TacticalMongoose

At the Costco in Torrance it’s 4.69, and at the second station off Normandy it’s 4.79 👍

jayXred

Sacramento area just started creeping under $5 at some stations, I even saw $4.89 yesterday. Lots of stations still holding onto $5.25+ though (looking at you CHEVRON!)

Sucitraf

Yep! Rancho Costco was 4.869 a few days ago. Hopefully it'll keep creeping down!

boots-n-bows

And suburbs of Seattle, too.

Braddahboocousinloo

Oregon also. 5.60 for premium smh

kneel_yung

do you drive a car with a high compression ratio? You may not need premium. I only ask because some people seem to think premium == better when in reality its just for engines that run at higher compression, and doesn't offer any benefits otherwise. I see a lot of people with standard trim level f150s putting premium in, and I know for a fact that the owner's manual recommends 87.

Braddahboocousinloo

Well my gas tank says premium only so I just put premium. But I will look into it! Just didn’t want to take the chance of messing something up. It’s an SUV Edit: so I just looked it up and it seems your right! Only supras need premium because they use a BMW engine! Anything lower then 87 will knock the engine. Thanks Reddit bud!

kneel_yung

hey! awesome! that's great news man, you're gonna save a bunch of money lol. yeah the whole "premium" label is a misnomer, there's nothing premium about it other than the [price](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PtsbOpRnZ3w) unless your owners manual calls for it.

benh141

It's 5.60 for regular he I'm Brookings.

MrGusBus524

Cries in Los Angeles

Kapsize

Sobs in San Diego

sundayultimate

I was super excited to see 4.89 the other day just outside the Bay

Rstrofdth

Wonder if we will see more "I did that" Biden stickers for this.

zuzg

You will hear some crickets about it. Fox News currently is all about the "weaponization of the FBI" lmao

chicol1090

And the IRS stormtroopers coming to claim every penny they own, all 16¢

constant_flux

They were all so gung ho about the FBI when Hillary Clinton was in the crosshairs. But Trump! Gasp! Not the dear leader!

Rhymeswithfreak

And the IRS, lol. Gee I wonder why THEY are afraid of more IRS agents?

Seth_Gecko

God they’re desperate. Can’t blame them though, the dems have been fucking *slaying it* for the past couple months. It’s been a shockingly steady drip-feed of surprisingly good news. Long way to go yet, but we’re moving in the right direction, and at a better clip than I ever expected.

lpjunior999

Gimme some Dark Brandon stickers, I’ll slap ‘em on.

nopunchespulled

Its interesting to me that the war in Ukraine is still going on, Biden hasnt approved any new drilling site (all things O&G companies blamed for high prices) and now the prices are falling and it seems nothing has really changed since before the war in Ukraine yet prices have gone down. Im happy for lower prices but annoyed that it seems as usual O&G was just fucking us to make money and its never going to stop.

[deleted]

Yeah, I wish there was some actual commentary on why this happened. Natural gas prices are still 3x what they were before Russia invaded Ukraine.

Snoo93079

There's always commentary and news around various markets. They're just not usually meant for normies to consume but they're out there if you look for them. https://www.spglobal.com/commodityinsights/en

bliss19

The price of crude had been consistently dropping in the last 3 months. It just takes time for it to reflect in the refined gasoline market.

nopunchespulled

Price at the pump shot up instantly when Russia invaded Ukraine because the the price of crude went up, but that gas was already produced, so prices should have slowly gone up. Now as it starts to come down they lag behind lowering prices as well all while making record profits each quarter.

jmrogers31

If Conservatives ignored market factors and blamed Biden when gas was $5, I'm sure they'll give him credit for it dropping over $1 a gallon, right?

audiofx330

Trump had the recipe for gas in his Mar A Lago safe and we got it back!

masterofnadda

Small Town North of me in NC has gas for 3.20. around me it's 3.99

oakstave

At first I was like "The President has nothing to do with gas prices" but then I saw a sticker with him pointing at the price saying he did it.

CavitySearch

Clear admission of guilt. Book him Dann-o!

Beardsman805

I wonder how this will effect the "I did that" sticker market.

vangogh330

The fact that people would complain about a small change in gas prices and have enough disposable income to waste on dumb customized stickers always confused me.

HouseOfSteak

The increased gas prices are *forcing* them to buy customized stickers to complain about all the money they have to spend because Biden used the "Increase gas prices Wand". Duh.

Ok_Nefariousness5479

Ehhh i agree except a "small change" it was a historic jump in price

SameElephant2029

Did Biden do that too?

Funandgeeky

People are now being seen furiously removing those stickers they placed.

SameElephant2029

I’m about to just start placing them

kuz_929

Jeez it's still $5 here

dlsco

Yeah Upstate New York here and lowest I’ve seen in 4.50s

Overall-Duck-741

Republicans working overtime taking down all the "I did this!" stickers.

Lizaderp

Still seeing $5 on the west coast

physicalfraction

CA has the highest gas tax in the country, so gas prices there will always be among the highest in the country

Navydevildoc

Taxes are only part of the problem. California is also an island in the gasoline infrastructure. We don’t have major pipelines coming in, so everything arrives by ship, and we refine our own gas here as we use a different blend for smog reasons. So you have an isolated market that makes a unique product with a limited capacity, and our prices are fairly decoupled from the rest of the country because of it.

Santos_L_Halper_II

I got it for $3.22 in Central Texas yesterday. If they get down to the $2.80 range I fully expect facebook statuses of people from my podunk hometown in West Texas to switch from "Biden made gas too expensive!" to "Biden is killing the uhl industry!" It's always one of the two when a Democrat is president. They hate both cheap and expensive gas there.

GeneralZex

Those “I did that” stickers will be coming down real quick when the price gets below $3 you watch.

JuiceboxThaKidd

And I'll put them right back up. I don't even really like Biden, I just hate these back assward redneck fucks

aw2669

It’s still 5.79 where I am, the fuck

Meph616

Let's go, Brandon! He did that. He personally decided to lower the prices, of course. Just like when he was to blame for them rising.

[deleted]

Cue MAGAs furiously removing "I did that" stickers they put up two months ago.

mcc062

Fantastic. The Repubs will be thrilled and praise Biden for doing that.

God_Damnit_Nappa

Meanwhile in California, it's still refusing to go below $5 a gallon.

50lbsofsalt

Donald Trump, THE REAL PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, has finally been able to work his way past the Washington cabal and lower gas prices for the Nation! (/s)
