I don't have a recommendation for a chocolate protein powder, but I find adding both cacao and espresso powder will give a richer chocolate flavor.
I've been adding these to my fairlife chocolate protein shakes, which I didn't like much at first, and it really helps.

the peanut butter cookie and the banana cream pie are incredible!! I like the oatmeal cookie flavor in my oatmeal too 🤣 I’ve been experimenting and mixing them in my shakes too! Peanut butter/banana, chocolate/banana, etc. SO good!!
not too crazy about the orange creamsicle on its own but i feel like it would be good in a ninja creami recipe!
I make chocolate ice cream for my kiddo, and he's picky about flavor. I use the Fairlife "core power" chocolate shake, plus a spoonful of chocolate pudding powder. Tastes exactly like chocolate soft serve from an ice cream shop!
Whatever recipe you end up liking most, take that and add 3-4 TBSP of malted milk powder. Just trust me. I actually use more than that but you can figure out how much you like.

PEScience Chocolate Truffle is really good. I do add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder. even my husband likes this and he's not a big protein powder guy.

Got something called jello from Amazon. It’s from America I think. Never heard of it but it’s decent mixed with protein powder and skimmed milk.
