I have great texture but my recipe is pretty different. 32 grams PESCience protein powder (works extra good because it's a whey/casein blend) 1.25 cups 2% milk (I use high protein milk) .25 cups cottage cheese then pinch of salt/5 gram extra sweetener sometimes some cocoa powder. 1 spin lite then 1 respin (usually) smooth, scoopable ice cream!
