Just don't use it. You could try a 1/4 teaspoon of guar or xanthan gum. Or a couple spoonfuls of cottage cheese. Both those things can help thicken/bind. I'm always surprised when people taste the cream cheese, it's such a small amount

My basic super creamy recipe is: - almond milk - liquid sweetener - xanthan - vanilla flavor drops

Toss anything into Greek yogurt? Mix some syrups, berries, candies, fudge, or whatever into that and 🤯

Use the base vanilla recipe but replace the cream cheese with some other thickener. It would be like this: * 1 cup whole milk * 3/4 cup heavy cream * 1/3 cup sugar * [1 tsp vanilla extract] * 7g [vanilla] jello pudding mix OR 4g cornstarch OR pinch xantham gum * small pinch salt * Run on ice cream setting Also, here is a base recipe for lite ice cream: * 1 and 3/4 cup milk (almond, skim, whole, etc; or a combination) * Low calorie sweetener of your choice (to taste because sweetness varies) * 7g [vanilla] low sugar jello pudding mix, or 4g cornstarch * [1 tsp vanilla extract] * Pinch xantham gum (can omit if you don't have but best consistency with it) * small pinch salt * Run on lite ice cream setting And as always, if powdery, respin.
