Edit: I was confusing them with ABC from Philly. They were essentially a creation of Jermaine Dupri in Atlanta. Apparently their second single went gold and is called Warm It Up, but I do not remember that song.
Holy shit, you're right. I forgot about them. Weren't they both from that whole Philly scene? Same as Bel Biv DeVoe and Boyz2Men? It's been a long time since I thought about any of this.
Edit: nope, I'm wrong again Criss Kross were from Atlanta.
Me and my cousin were putting our pants on backwards as a joke but my huge muscle ass couldn't wear pants backwards. I was disappointed but thinking back, good for me. I have a picture of my cousin with his jeans on backwards.
About 5 years ago I saw a store selling Looney Tunes hoodies and sweatshirts for $65+
I couldn't believe it...... Kmart used to sell the same stuff for $10-$12.
The name's Poochie D and I rock the telly
I'm half Joe Camel and a third Fonzarelli
I'm the kung-fu hippie from gangsta city
I'm a rappin' surfer, you the fool I pity
Did WB official license these things or were they just knock offs?
I always assumed that at least some of them were legit, but I read (in an unsourced Reddit comment) that they never had any officially licensed products that had 'street' versions of their characters and that every one was unlicensed.
Anyone know?
A bit before my time. Lol. But when I was a kid the spray painted version of these were popular. Kind of a revival along with those Stop Snitching t-shirts that were apparently very controversial.
I had one similar to this, but it looked more...airbrushed? Shiny? And it was on one of those bland white pullover sweatshirts that was baggy but then had the little thin cuffs at the ends of the sleeves. 😂🤮
90% confident I had this exact shirt. Some Marvin the Martian stuff too, it's insane how popular this was at the time. So many people were wearing this it could of been a uniform.
As a New Yorker, this makes me remember the WB store that used to be in Times Square back then. I remember I used to always look out for the Superman under the elevator whenever we would drive by when I was a kid.
I had this shirt...I wish I still had this shirt. And it had the reverse side which showed their backs!
Edit: lol now that I'm scrolling I see I'm like the 50th person to say "I had that shirt!"; I never claimed to be original =)
Mac Daddy & Daddy Mac
The miggida miggida miggida mac
I missed the bus …ow!
And it’s something I will never ever ever do again
Don try to compare us
I had that shirt. This and and1 were every shirt in school
I had this one too!

Me four!!!!
Happy Cake Day!
Same here, I had it in highscool.
Oh man, I had so much of that early And1 stuff; the faceless dude just rockin' it at sports...
These are bound to make a comeback, surprised they haven't already!
They have. Still sell well in the vintage community.
The shirt was imitating the style made popular by one hit wonder Kriss Kross in 1992. Not sure how it would make a comeback.
Hey, be fair. They had two hits.
“Jump” and what other one?

That was another bad creation

Wearing pants backwards lol
The jerseys are backwards too. Are you unfamiliar with Kriss Kross?
Kriss kross would be it's own nostalgia post ha
Everything is to the back with a little slack
Me and my cousin were putting our pants on backwards as a joke but my huge muscle ass couldn't wear pants backwards. I was disappointed but thinking back, good for me. I have a picture of my cousin with his jeans on backwards.

90's were like the Loony Toons renaissance
Also the era of Loony Toons mugs
The WB store was cool as hell.
I would say cartoons in general
I had that shirt
So did I haha.
About 5 years ago I saw a store selling Looney Tunes hoodies and sweatshirts for $65+ I couldn't believe it...... Kmart used to sell the same stuff for $10-$12.
These were everywhere when they first hit
I had a Taz shirt with a little audio clip that plays when you press the button. The audio was short hip hop sample with Taz sounds effects mixed in.
The name's Poochie D and I rock the telly I'm half Joe Camel and a third Fonzarelli I'm the kung-fu hippie from gangsta city I'm a rappin' surfer, you the fool I pity
Rockin the Kris Kross pants
And jerseys
Hey dude you got a dime bag you could front me?
No my dad smoked all my weed and pissed himself on my grandmas lap. Welcome to the real world.
Taz and Bugs will make you jump
I’m watching superstore and they just mentioned a “t-shirt with Bugs Bunny dressed like a cholo” lol
These were all essentially the anime goku button down shirts of the early 90s. Like EVERY kid had one of these.
I had this shirt
The girl who wore this always wore thong sandals and had wet hair, pushing a stroller around the apartment complex
Classic shirt
I owned this exact shirt and now I feel bad.
Why do you feel bad?
This was on my body!
But it’s great
I remember airbrushing this dope Tasmanian Devil for my girlfriend on a Polo sweatshirt circa 1992.
Kriss Kross was so popular back then my school had a Kriss Kross day where we could wear our clothes backwards.
I worked at the Warner Bros. Studio Store in the 90s. I can confirm!

Literally every kid was into Kriss Kross when they hit it big. Not sure why you think this equates to parole.
Man I wanted this shirt back then
Tom Sheehan would LOVE this.
I had a white Road Runner tshirt
So many people had this shirt in middle-school.
Bought mine at K-mart 😅
Whoop there it is!
Had this shirt!!
That’s hard.
Rednecks latched onto this fashion trend for a solid 15 years.
I wore the hell outta that shirt.
I wore a bugs tie all the way to 2009 until someone stole it
You've been locked up if you owned one of these as a kid.
Had both the T-Shirt and the poster from K-Mart
Kriss Kross had Bugs, Taz and early 90s kids in a chokehold.
Damn it boy I haven't seen that in fucking forever
I had a Taz sweater.
Had this shirt and named my first dog Taz. Can confirm
I wish everyone who had these shirts a very pleasant evening
I had this exact image as a poster
Sure fucking did!

I had this!
I still see people wearing these
why are the jeans reversed
Your parents were either rich enough for Disney characters or poor enough for Looney Tunes
What would today’s equivalent look like? How would we dress up Taz and Bugs?
I had a hypercolor version I wore with my girbaud jeans
The Glory days, shortly before all these shitty Anime shows took over.
I had one similar to this, but it looked more...airbrushed? Shiny? And it was on one of those bland white pullover sweatshirts that was baggy but then had the little thin cuffs at the ends of the sleeves. 😂🤮

The predecessor to those Bugs Bunny bling tees from the 2000s.
I had this exact shirt! lol
Had this exact shirt. Crazy.
Ohh so these were the predecessors to gangster myspace spongebob. You learn something new
I think I owned this in black
This was real? I thought it was from a fever dream and I made it up.
It was the late 90s. Literally cause of space jam that these urban/hood looney tunes street west started coming out.
Had this exact shirt.. still have it somewhere
Was this the time they were trying to make Bugs and the gang more [EXTREEEEEEEME](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9nOD1h0m8Q&t=19s)?
As a New Yorker, this makes me remember the WB store that used to be in Times Square back then. I remember I used to always look out for the Superman under the elevator whenever we would drive by when I was a kid.
[Me in 1992 wearing one while listening to my portable CD player](https://imgur.com/a/HOI82nr)
