i guess you'll be fine on that dose, but for me nutmeg is a chill drug with a body load so doing activities won't be really pleasurable at least for me.
would i be okay enough to seem sober in front of other people? Say, if i take it tonight and have a get together the next day
EDIT: i actually kinda like the body load, i’ve done other drugs with heavy body loads and others where i feel floaty
it really depends on the potency of your seeds, and how well you body react to it. hard to say it really varies. sometimes my eyes get really bloodshot, keen to giggle and kind of heavy physical motor disturbances but sometimes it doesn't.

I'd probably crush them
