The streaming service I watch BCS on weirdly pitches up all the audio by just a smidge. Saul sounds like he's constantly yelling in a higher pitch, like in the Armani Suits for You! sequence. So in comparison Jesse actually sounds somewhat like his BB version to me. It's really weird.
It also did this to Breaking Bad in the early seasons but fixes itself for season 4 and 5
Neon, it's the service in New Zealand that has the big name AMC and HBO shows, Like BB and BCS (obviously), The Walking Dead (although it comes and goes idk what seasons are available atm), The Sopranos, and then all the new DC stuff like Peacemaker and the Snyder Cut. Alongside all the usual streaming service stuff.
It's by no means our biggest streaming service but it's got pretty much everything that isn't on NZ/Australian Netflix, which is a lot.
Sounds like they might have accidentally hosted a modified broadcast version of the show. Lots of TV stations modify the playback speed of shows to allow for longer commercial breaks. 5% here and there makes a larger difference.
/uc think it was mostly because his face looked rounder, less chiseled. His hairline had receded a tiny bit and his hair was slightly darker
