Maybe one of the college libraries around? OCU? OU - Norman's library is open late but unless you're in Norman that probably doesn't help you.
My caution would be that after hours, these places might require an ID swipe.
I second this. I went to OU and spent many a very long night. They have great private rooms all around as well. I recommend walking around and getting lost until you find a good spot/room.
The UCO, Max Chambers, library is open until 2am. There are private rooms on the upper floors that were regularly available when I attended.
all about cha is open until 10pm. lots of people study there
Get a pair of noise cancelling headphones like Bose. I wouldn't be able to finish school without it.
