Yes I have to cook for my family and make breakfast, pack lunches etc it’s so hard not to take a taste or even just lick the spoon lol. I’m used to not eating breakfast and just making it for my daughter at this point but I also eat a late lunch and not dinner and cooking dinner is a struggle. A big test of willpower!
I eat my meal at 5pm then make dinner for the kids. Plus breakfast, lunch and snacks. 2x teenage boys no less. It’s amazing how much they eat and how lean they are. I don’t mind it. It actually makes it easier for me to have such clear boundaries between their food and mine. If I ate like them I’d be super fat.

Are you eating enough calories in your one meal?
I eat my meal with my family (dinner), anything else just wouldn’t work for me, in terms of practicality but also for social reasons.
Why are you eating at 1?
Because if i eat dinner , the next day in the afertoon i dont feel great at work , and at 1 its my lunch break

Just tell yourself that just because you smell something doesn’t mean you have to consume it.
