God that’s awful. I’m very grateful to have experienced the story for the first time in manga form, Dressrosa is one of the best arcs in the whole story.
I’ve seen about 150 episodes in total throughout the show by this point (most of east blue, some of alabasta, some of marineford, some of wano, and all of egghead so far) and I have to say that the only thing that makes the anime even slightly worth watching is the music
I had heard dressrosa’s animation was bad but dear god, why on earth would someone watch all that? I know it’s an amazing story but why would you put yourself through that when the manga is such a faster, easier, and infinitely better way of experiencing the story
DressRosa was the point I left the anime and joined the manga. It was insulting that they tried to force weekly episodes when they were clearly caught up. Should have taken a year break.

Dressrosa animation was even worse than I remember. Looks like a cutscene in a 2007 flash game. Absolutely horrifying.
