After watching Felix over the past year, I have no idea why the Orioles never tried to convert Daniel Cabrera to the bullpen. Like Felix, he was a huge guy who threw unbelievably hard. If he just had to worry about throw two types of pitches in brief one inning spurts, he might have had a much better career. Instead, they just trotted him out there ineffective start after ineffective start for five years.

Cabrera would show flashes of putting it all together. he had electric movement. but i also went to a game where he walked like the first 7 runners

Different regime. Also Cabrera was more of a head case, and eventually lost his velocity.
