Can’t remember which exactly, but some time in S2. It’s whichever episode he rescues Tuare in. He gives her something to eat and comforts her by saying that.
The hillarious part for me is how events linked to each other, Go Gin was there because Ainz challenged him,. More people came to the arena to see Go Gin fight, lead to Jircniv believe that would be a safer place for his meeting (which supposed to be held in another place) and that lead to the complete defeat in Jircniv mind
Maybe not just a quote, but a scene:

The last part just hits so hard, because you know Suzuki Satoru went through being on both ends of that spectrum, the lower end as a human, the higher end as Ainz. Knowing him, he could have just been speaking his mind right there
He was certainly talking about his past life in Yggdrassil after the narration said he wasn't really looking at Climb.
But when he is saying the world is unequal he is likely remembering the fights between Touch Me (the fortunate son born with talent and a future) and Ulbert (the one who got almost nothing and justifiedly hated those who upheld such a dystopian society). At the end, even if Ainz is in this scene roleplaying as the ruler of death and making a statement of his power, it was also Momonnga back in Yggdrassil who often mediated and finished their disputes.
Honestly, him talking about his guildmates story and not his own also fits his personality, he put away who he really is to essentially honour their memory
Agreed, by the long shot this is THE best scene in entire series, hell even splitting it up to "it's not fairy tale" and "Death is equal to all. That is to say - I am." it would probably take 1st and 2nd spot...but having them both in one scene MY GOD! It's just pure awesomeness
The last paragraph feels like Suzuki's personal view and that's why it hits hard, Suzuki satarou: an unremarkable salary man who roleplayed as ruler of death in a game to distract himself from despair finally plays the role perfectly

Ainz's monologue was peak! As expected from a player that plays an rp build.
I also love that line. Calling yourself hypocritical means that you're not purely logical (to me at least). He have shown that he has emotions which is pretty human. That's how I take it at least.
He also acknowledges his mistakes (being a hypocrite) which shows his intellect and humbleness (for accepting the possibility of someone stronger).

All of the ones that did not belong to Nazarick had the light of hope reignited inside them.
