Thanks for the context shot. At first I thought you might have used some sort of quartz for the clouds as a multimedia. It's a really cool technique you used and adds layers to the beauty of nature that it can seem to be a different natural element as well.

the composition of the sky is so nice. the swooping feeling in the middle that feels like some spiral of rotating light, followed by the squarish brush strokes in the cotton candy pink clouds at the top. without ever feeling unrealistic or unimaginable- yet it is somehow still fantastic.

It's really beautiful but one critique I would make is the sky is missing some.. stratification? if that's a word. Clouds usually level out as you look further toward the horizon whereas here they have similar shape and texture all the way up and down, which causes the space to feel as though it has less depth. just my opinion though. Really gorgeous painting though
