All our invoices go through cdk, so i've been using our SOR paper to write copies of bills, and every time. EVERY TIME. A retail customer sees me writing up a second bill, they go "oh haha, you don't have to do that for me!" Yes sir, i do. Its not *for* you. It's for me.
How about using an excel spreadsheet that you can print copies of and then reset it. I built one at work yesterday and got it add it up and add tax for retail customers . I keep one to bill whenever this mess is over and one goes to the customer
I actually haven't had that a single time yet. We use Paymaple, so even if it's a phone order we just send them a link so we can get paid. Charge accounts will get caught up when things are back up regardless.

And we don't have a copier in our department, we go to the office, which is where the customer goes to pay for their parts.
Ford here, we get cost from OEC and do the math. We haven't skipped a beat, just everything takes longer.
All our OEs will show us net/list/fleet/national. On the big stuff we use a set percentage anyway.

Yeah, we busted out the old faithful 3ply carbon copy handwritten invoices! We will just post them to CDK when it comes back!
