Check TPM, that is the most likely cause. You need TPM 2.0.
Just looked up a vid to find it in bios I already have it enabled apparently as AMD CPU fTPM apparently it's the same thing?

What about CSM support? Enable or disable, cos the windows 11 requirements website talks a bit about it

I did it!! I had to set the display to integrated graphics as well as enabling integrated graphics on the CPU, so basically I did a whoopsie. In my defence no YouTube video told me that.
