CPU is on the higher end of optimal temps, but that dust build is definitely not a nice sight. Just take a ten minutes of your busy schedule and clean it inside as well, please. Do it for your machine, I'm sure it supported you all the time, now it is your turn to give back.
With the best possible dust filters, there would be a little less dust than this after 2 years of no cleaning. Also can you cover up the top side where the fan isn't? No reason to keep it open.
Checked cpu temps and is seemd to avg around 60 C with no games open. Alls the cores are less than 10% load except one at about 20%
