I'll be hitting 8k today. I've been following the PZ and strength programs through this sub. Also 365 days of core.
On the prescribed rest days I do zone 2 rides or jogs, as well as strength exercises for whatever isn't sore.
Down 40 lbs since January and feeling great!
5337 as of today, and today is my rest day (60 day streak completed yesterday so today is a reset), so that's where it's going to stay.
I feel a little disappointed as I had a stretch goal of getting to 18K/20K, and those look a lot less likely now. But glad that I'm maintaining above pace for my official commitment goal of 15K.
Ack, Iāve fallen behind. Iām only at 4664. The past month has been tough. I got a steroid injection in my hip and really did nothing for 2-3 weeks. Hoping I can catch up now.

I love this challenge. I just started working out for real in January and decided to give myself a year to see if I liked it. Well, I love it. And I feel better than I have in forever. See ya at the 6k check in!!
5700 after my workout today - well ahead of last year, but not quite as much buffer as I wanted since I know I will be fully disconnected for 10 days later this year.
I've made my 15k pace with 200 minutes to spare! Excited for the rest of the year. I'm starting a new job that will be physically demanding in a few weeks, so I may switch my main source of workouts from cycling to yoga so I can actively recover after my shifts.

Gah, I'm at 4447 today! My plan is to keep at it and try my best to catch up - I scaled back pretty heavily in March due to some health stuff, but I was able to keep consistent this month and I'm in a much better place. My goal is to put in the extra effort to catch up and not fall behind again!
Only at 2k. I started a new job that has impacted my ability to get on the bike for as long as I want. Trying to get back into the swing!
