I also bought some pouch style underwear and I even tried seperatec. The novelty of the dick pouch is fine but the underwear itself is really great and it is nice to have that much room. I’m a bit too much of a grower for the dick pouch to work perfectly.
I also have found some bamboo underwear that similar to the adidas underwear accommodates large endowments by stretching in the right way while still providing support.

I've got Wildmant's "big boy pouch" (runs rather slim around the hips) which has a range of straight to gay styles, but I've got some conservative solid colors and I can get 80% hard in this nice soft pouch without feeling compressed (I hate feeling squished).

The bulge is decent but not huge in the adidas or bamboo. The pouch and seperatec are huge bulges.
