The grammar is fairly accurate, suggesting the person is thinking it in English as their first language. Also the lack of punctuation is something I've noticed a lot of Aussies do in ads.
If it was from an Indian, the grammar would either be far worse or much neater. Since English is not the first language for most, there will be a tiny bit of lag while processing the words in their native language to English. So we would either see more careful deliberate writing or straight up a bunch of obvious English mistakes here and there.
Also the part where they point out Asians specifically is quite telling. No Indian would feel the need to point that out cause they ARE Asians themselves, even if they don't quite see themselves as such? Also if the person is Indian they'd more likely mention Indian directly rather than mention Asian.

Thanks to these types of stereotypes (which are true in general), my life is getting ruined. I can't change my appearance, and it led to me being homless for a month last year just because no one wants to share with an "INDIAN" in flatmates. I am scared to comment on being ethnically Indian and the upcoming comments (abuses). I dont care if he is not from India and from South Asia. We all look the same!! These creeps are making other's lives miserable. Thanks to these types of stereotypes (which are true in general), my life is getting ruined. I can't change my appearance, and it led to me being homless for a month last year just because no one wants to share with an "INDIAN" in flatmates. Thanks to my only friend ( obviously an "Aussie"), putting in a good word for me in addition to my squeaky clean five year rental history and a six-figure salary, I got a place to stay. Yet, I still have to go an extra mile in my strata to stop neighbours from giving me a constant side eye. I actually had to sell my favourite camry TRD just because I am an Indian, so obviously, it's a "TAXI" and anyone can get in my car without permission. These are just two examples to show how these creeps ruined my life. Everything is an extra struggle from social to work life !! I can't even go to the gym unless my friend is with me or go at midnight just to avoid people thinking of me as a creepo!! I am not a violent person, but if I ever come across this guy face to face, I will lose it for good just to make an example!!
