I can't see map of Latvia on this stamp
They are printed on German(?) maps. That's why it's a map stamp.

Does anyone have a cover with a map stamp postally used? They became available a few weeks after German troops withdrew in 1917 and Red units moved in. But, there seems not to have been a Latvian government established and certainly no post.
