I’ll add to this with the additional few I know:
Ray Liotta gives Perry a briefing as himself in ~~one episode, I don’t remember which one.~~ What a Croc.
Nick Frost voices both Ed in Night of the Living Pharmacists and the Captain in Belly of the Beast.
Damian Lewis voices Agent Double 0-0, but only in his first appearance.
Terry O’Quinn voices Professor Mystery.
And of course, Slash is actually on guitar at the end of Across the 2nd Dimension.
If I had a nickel for every time Alex Hirsch played a geometric shaped character in a predominately human world I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice

Like Jeremy, James and Richard are the Top Gear trio so I recognise them from there, but I also recognise some people here from other animated shows. Like Clancy Brown also did Mr Krabs from SpongeBob, Lex Luthor in the DC Animated Universe and Savage Oppress from Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
Phil LaMarr’s also done a bunch of different stuff too - Samurai Jack from… well Samurai Jack, Jazz and Omega Supreme from Transformers Animated and the John Stewart incarnation of Green Lantern from the DCAU Justice League and Justice League Unlimited shows.
This post also makes me wish someone could’ve found a role for Simon Pegg in Ducktales 2017, because then nearly all my top favorite people in entertainment would be in that cast. He’s clearly willing to do lots of voice work.
I don't see Tim Curry or Barry Bostwick. I would say Richard O'Brien as well. But he's on a bunch of episodes so he really doesn't count as a guest voice actor when he's one of the main characters.
He's just not Ramsey without the signature cussing.

I've always loved how random Clay Aiken and Chaka Khan were as guest stars on a show like phineas and Ferb where no kids would know either of those artists💀 let alone the randomness of picking those two specifically like who came up with the idea🤣🤣
Man I’m really amazed I didn’t notice all of these…I didn’t know Matthew Lillard was in this, I definitely didn’t know the Mythbusters were in this, I didn’t know Marty Mcfly himself was in this….and I definitely didn’t know that Gordon Ramsey was in this. A lot of these really surprised me
Let’s not also forget that Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer of True Blood both guest voiced with Michael J. Fox on the Halloween episode too. Anna voiced the female character in the Halloween movie and Stephen voiced the vampire character.
Also, if you remember, Clancy Brown actually played Santa in a quick season 1 cameo where he accidentally picks up Doof’s magnet and the Phinedroids and Ferbots while on a summer run
Never mind: Apparently that was Dan voicing him in that episode
