Late works in Tucson, welcome to Phoenix, we put the heat in heat island effect. It finally cools down at 3am once it starts to really cook (110+). So invest in caffeine or coke depending on where in the valley you live and wake up early
i moved here in 2018 and i agree once it’s 105/110/115 the pool is your friend. what was crazy is the first place i moved had a resort style amazing pool and it was barely used. i took my toddler there every time i had a day off. my second place had a basic pool but we still went, it’s a way to get outta the house do something. again it was hardly used by other tenants. i finally moved to my own house and we don’t have a pool and in summer we go to public pools. again it’s just to get outta the house and do something because otherwise a mile long walk that is nothing in the winter and pleasant right now while it’s still just 90 tops feels like a death sentence when it’s 118
That’s right! The chocolate covered cookies in the cabinet on the sunny side of the kitchen are just a little smooshy, not fully melted. Until that happened to me last year, I never realized how hot the cabinets on the outer wall can be.

Warming up the oven.
We’ve got another 20-25 degrees to go.
Slightly overcast right now with a gentle breeze... I can see the dirt in my pool that the auto sucker missed...
Welcome to ![gif](giphy|5nsiFjdgylfK3csZ5T|downsized) Coming out of your front door
Not even close to hot yet. The furnace light is still flickering.
We’d wish for this weather in July
The thing I tell everyone. You'll wish it was 90 when summer really hits !

It’s not that bad, I’m in the tropics now and I’d take 120 in Phoenix over 90 and humid here
Nothing a cold beer and some misters can’t fix.
As a native just drink lots of water and just succumb to the heat. Embrace it
Thanks it’s a good reminder … source I’m one of the noobs 😂
Noob here too lol
105 to 110 in my pool is perfect Can't wait
Truth
You had to? 😂😂😂😂😂
Yes I did
Getting baked and it’s not even 420
I love it. As a native Phoenician, I'll say this, if it doesn't kill you can buy the t-shirt. *
Hahaha good one!
I seriously didn't know my moobs could sweat at 11 am. Good thing, I was drinking a lot of water, bad thing I had to pee every 30 minutes
![gif](giphy|l378giAZgxPw3eO52) Sad ,...but true

Just the pilot light for the furnace lol
OH Ya, you know it! Greetings from Scottsdale...
Soon, it'll be set to broil.
Yea this is nothing yet. Curious how the transplants will like the heat 😂
Haha then this evening it randomly starts pouring and drops to the 50s, Arizona is fucking bipolar
Please don’t remind me
That’s hilarious 😂
